Our condo is a second floor ocean view unit on the beach in Windy Hill. It offers a Queen bed and 2 twin beds,a new Queen sleeper sofa and updated appliances. Large TV in living room with DVD,VCR,and CD STEREO. Ceiling fans and Cable TV in both bedrooms .Our condo also come's with wireless internet. Well kept unit with high chairs on balcony overlooking the beach. bed sheets, pillow cases and bath towels provided at no extra charge. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a enjoyable stay. Family group's with a least one adult 25 years or older.No pet's please. Also beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment.Owner's live in the area and take's great pride in keeping our condo well maintained.Check us out you'll be glad you did.   • We stayed in this very clean condo the week of 5/30/09-06/06/09. Very well kept unit with everything you need to be comfortable. We stayed in many different condos over the years, but this was by far the cleanest. Thanks for a great week.

  • Great location. The building is ocean front and the condo is ocean view. The view, and the breeze, on the balcony is wonderful. The condo is super clean and the owner has kept the furniture and appliances updated. The location of the parking and the pool are just extra bonuses. You will enjoy your stay in this condo.

  • We spent the winter from Dec. 07 thru Mar.08 At this condo, was very comfortable and well equiped,every thing needed was there and the location is one of the best we have ever stayed at with regards to shopping and resturants,post office and entertainment near by. Barefoot Landing, House of Blues , Alabama Theater, are all near by. The unit was nicely decorated and very well maintained and the added plus of having the owner living in the area makes having any proplems,which we did not have, and advice as to where to go if needing local services was a big plus. Access to beach is right there and I enjoyed the clean beach are for walking every day. Could not have found a better place to stay. I would recomend this property to ANYONE who is looking for a winter getaway or even just a week vacation,you will not be disappointed. Thanks again for the use of the unit Steve.

Loved the decor, enjoyed the balcony, and the beach access was great!! We plan to go back again next fall.Have already recommended this place to friends.

  • This place is wonderful!!! Everything was clean and in great condition. Great view from the balcony. Pool was clean. Very close to beach (approx 100 feet) with private path access. Terrific place for two couples or families with 1-2 children. I have been vacationing in North Myrtle Beach almost every year for over 20 years and I can tell you this place is very well kept. Happy vacationing!!!

  • Having just returned from a 5 night stay at the condo, We have to agree with everything said by previous guests. We found the condo very clean and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything to make it "just like home". It was so nice having the cleaning products right there to do our own cleaning thus saving money. It was so easy to "clean" as it was spotless when we got there. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly affordable get-a-way.
