My finance', now husband, stayed at Steve's condo the last week in September. We were familar with the Seafarer, staying there previously, but not in this condo. We loved it! Condo was clean and very well maintained. We were married right on the beach directly in front of the condo and it will always be "our special place at the beach"! Steve was so gracious and kind and we look forward to going back next September.

Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We stayed at this condo last week and had a wonderful time. The condo has everything a family needs and more. It is only a few steps from the ocean and the pool. The entire building is also well maintained. I highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a quiet and fun vacation. The location is perfect. It takes only a few minutes and you are on Hwy 17 that has several different restaurants, grocery stores and several gift shops.

My husband and I stayed at this condo the end of Aug 2010. We had a great time. The condo was extremely clean and well maintained. The pictures and reviews were very accurate. The condo is right on the beach. It was a great treat to wake up and see the ocean every morning from the balcony while we ate our breakfast. Steve was very accommodating and helpful before we arrived and checked on us the day we got there to see if we needed anything. The weather was great - great beach weather-nice waves. There were many great restaurants right down the main strip. Our favorites were Joe's, Cagneys, Nakato just to name a few. The Ripley's Aquarium at Broadway on the Beach was very cool. Myrtle Beach is our favorite vacation spot. I would definately like to return and I have already suggested this condo to my family and friends. Thanks Steve & Nancy for sharing your condo with us. We just got back from a week in Myrtle Beach. This condo has EVERYTHING! We brought a lot of stuff with us that we thought we'd need ... we didn't need to! Extra towels, blankets sheets, FULLY equiped kitchen. When I say fully equiped I mean it...it had a crock pot! I was able to put on a roast and go to the beach for the day... dinner was ready when we got back... how easy was that? Beautiful view of the ocean and pool from the balcony. The apartment layout was wonderful also. The bedrooms were at opposite ends of the condo so we didn't have to worry about waking the kids if we stayed up late. There was a tv in every room, the living room even had a cd player. We used the wireless internet to look for places to go. The building is also very quiet. You really didn't hear the other units moving around at all. Perfect example... the building across the pool had a group blasting music that they could hear at the ocean (no lie!) we shut the patio door and couldn't hear it at all. The condo was within 5 minutes of barefoot landing and there were several grocery stores very close by. In the condo there was a beach umbrella, beach chairs... I can not say enough good about this condo or the owner. I met him and he was very friendly and he checked to make sure we didn't need anything. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, this is it. Steve, Thank you very much for renting us your condo.. we enjoyed every minute of your home away from home!

Great vacation

This is a well kept unit and is equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. Appliances and TVs are updated, flat screens have HDMI inputs for those of us who feel we need them also a DVD player and VHS player and some cool tapes for the family. If you happen to be younger folks you may have to Google VHS player or just ask some of us older ones about that. The WIFI was a big plus also, no need to worry about leaving the internet at home. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. All beds are very comfortable floors are hardwood laminate, tile and nice carpet. This condo is very well kept and clean, enjoyed having a good washer and dryer. I guess most of all I enjoyed the balcony the best, which has a great view of the ocean and overlooks the pool area which was very nice and always clean. There are picnic tables under the condo beside the pool, an outside grilling area ocean front. Also parking under the condo is great on those hot days to keep vehicle cool. Steve was great to deal with and the fact he lives close by another plus for me. We had no problems at all just a Great Time. Thanks Nick and Sherry

I stayed at this condo last Jan - March. Exceptionally clean unit. Great view from master bedroom. Owner very kind and helpful . Great beach for walking. Memorable stay... would highly recommend !

Great location. The building is ocean front and the condo is ocean view. The view, and the breeze, on the balcony is wonderful. The condo is super clean and the owner has kept the furniture and appliances updated. The location of the parking and the pool are just extra bonuses. You will enjoy your stay in this condo.

We spent the winter from Dec. 07 thru Mar.08 At this condo, was very comfortable and well equiped,every thing needed was there and the location is one of the best we have ever stayed at with regards to shopping and resturants,post office and entertainment near by. Barefoot Landing, House of Blues , Alabama Theater, are all near by. The unit was nicely decorated and very well maintained and the added plus of having the owner living in the area makes having any proplems,which we did not have, and advice as to where to go if needing local services was a big plus. Access to beach is right there and I enjoyed the clean beach are for walking every day. Could not have found a better place to stay. I would recomend this property to ANYONE who is looking for a winter getaway or even just a week vacation,you will not be disappointed. Thanks again for the use of the unit Steve.

We've stayed many places at the beach over the past several years, and this one is by far the cleanest and most well equipped place we've been in. Loved the decor, enjoyed the balcony, and the beach access was great!! We plan to go back again next fall.Have already recommended this place to friends.

This place is wonderful!!! Everything was clean and in great condition. Great view from the balcony. Pool was clean. Very close to beach (approx 100 feet) with private path access. Terrific place for two couples or families with 1-2 children. I have been vacationing in North Myrtle Beach almost every year for over 20 years and I can tell you this place is very well kept. Happy vacationing!!!

Having just returned from a 5 night stay at the condo, We have to agree with everything said by previous guests. We found the condo very clean and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything to make it "just like home". It was so nice having the cleaning products right there to do our own cleaning thus saving money. It was so easy to "clean" as it was spotless when we got there. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly affordable get-a-way.

The apartment was very clean and bright, very well maintained and perfectly located next to the beach with a great view of the ocean from the balcony. It is one of only 21 apartments and has a real family feel to the place. The owner was very accommodating, helpful and welcoming upon arrival. It is great value and we will certainly return for future vacations.

I must admit that we were a little skeptical about internet booking but when we arrived at our condo it was above and beyond our expectations!! If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place with all the comforts of home..this is the place for you! The condo is beautiful and you can see it is well cared for. Oh and the high chairs on the balcony overlooking the ocean is a spectacular view. Also, when we arrived the owners were so helpful to us as to where to eat and how to get around on the beach. We thank you for sharing your home with us and we look forward to staying the next summer as well!!
