  We just returned from staying six nights at this wonderful beach house. It sits right on the beach with great views from the deck. We loved swimming in the community pool and morning and night fishing at the pier. This is our second year to stay at this house and are already making plans to return again next year! A great time was had by all.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  The pictures say it all! We had 2 families stay here and it fit us comfortably. Right on the beach, and it had a pile of sand for the kids to play in, and they loved it. The owners had open communication and were easily accessible when I emailed them. The place was clean when we arrived. Hopefully they fixed the dvd player in the bunk bed room. We really enjoyed our stay here, Thanks!

  We stayed at the Fiesta House for a three day weekend. We had several adults (late 20's - early 30's) and an infant. Just as advertised - RIGHT on the beach. It was so nice to have a truly beach-front home and be able to walk down the stairs onto the sand. There's a little fence separating the property from the public beach just as all the other houses in that area have. The photos are a very good representation of the house and how close it is to the beach. Fiesta house is more on the western end of Galveston, which is extremely nice for a relaxing time since it's off the main tourist path. There are a couple of corner stores and grocery stores within a five minute drive, and the main part of Galveston is only about 20 minutes away. For the size and location, we got an amazing weekend rate. The house was clean, tidy, and spacious enough for all of us and our things. The kitchen had all the things we needed, and we made use of the grill each night. The owners immediately responded each time I contacted them, both ahead of time and while we were there - very pleasant to work with. We'd definitely recommend to family and friends, and definitely plan on returning!

  Fiesta Beach House was exactly how described ~ RIGHT on the BEACH. The best veiw possible, right from the deck or over the path on the dunes right to the shore. The Pelicans do a daily fly-by and are so awesome to watch feeding in the breakers. We rented for a week, weds 8-10 to Wed 8-17, with our wedding to be ON THE BEACH on Saturday 08-13-2011. Our daughters, sons-in laws, and grandchildren met for the first time. my neice and her hubby and my brother came in from Houston for the day. Now our family wants to book a week for next summer. The kids had a blast and we could watch them from the deck (the youngest is 10 - oldest 18) The neighborhood felt welcoming and safe. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of deck chairs. Since we were preparing mini cupcakes and some of the food, I brought extra kitchen stuff and only needed to use my mini cupcake supplies and knife! I was very impressed with the upgrades made to this house and would buy it, if I could. DEFINATELY renting it again REALLY SOON! ALSO, PLEASE note that I received my FULL deposit back within a week of departure. I found the owners to be very honest and fair in their business and look forward to more time at Fiesta Beach House.

  Our family had a great time at the Fiesta Beach House. The beach being right our the door was great and the kids loved it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation rental.

  I have used VRBO for 7 years all over USA. Until now I've never had to ask for my deposit back. With this one, I've asked 2 times with NO response what-so-ever.

  Rented during a very busy holiday weekend, but the beach was nice and quiet. No huge crowds. The house was great and just as described. Had a fantastic time, and hope to rent there again soon! Side note - best burgers in memory at Blue Water Grill - a couple of miles towards Galveston.

  I have stayed at this beach house with my three teenage children. We had a fabulous time and have already made plans to return this summer. I would recommend this house to anyone, of any age, planning a trip to Galveston.
