Relax in a 2,400 square foot Ralph Matheson custom designed North Coast style home. The Arcadia House enjoys full sun and awesome 180 degree panoramic views of the North Pacific coast overlooking the 15th hole at Sea Ranch Golf Course!
Every room in the Arcadia House has a great ocean view! Deer stroll by daily and numerous birds frequent the area. A short walk leads to the Pacific Ocean, Rec Center, Pro Shop and well maintained trails. Drive two minutes to nearby Gualala for food, wine, restaurants, shops, medical and church services.
The main living area is on the upper level and offers true panoramic views of the entire Sea Ranch coast. This level includes well appointed living, dining, kitchen, deck, office and master bed rooms. There are two fireplaces in the Arcadia House. One in the living room and another in the master bed room.
The Arcadia House master bed room, besides sporting the fireplace, has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and has a balcony overlooking the golf course and great view of the Sonoma coast, even while lying in bed. At night the stars can be spectacular! The master bath room is large enough for a couple of intimate friends or family to use simultaneously. A double sink with excellent lighting separates the Jacuzzi tub and shower.
The spacious Arcadia House living and dining rooms have enough comfortable couches, chairs and seats for more than eight to enjoy the view, catch up on things, watch cable TV or a DVD/VHS movie and savor a fine meal. You can choose to see golfers (or not) work the 15th hole as you enjoy your friends and family in comfort. At night with the lights out star gazing is amazing here as well as on the adjacent deck. A half bath is located between the living and dining rooms.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare, serve and cleanup for your next feast. A large island gives a great area for showing all those great treats as well as providing extra seating area. The deck is a few steps away from the kitchen and dining rooms. Besides having a gas BBQ grill, picnic table and chairs you get an unencumbered 180 degree view along the entire Sea Ranch coast from the Arcadia House.
An office with small library, video collection, and game selection is located off of the living room. In addition to the ocean view to the west you can see the trees and mountains to the east. Secure wireless internet access available throughout the home.
A carpeted stairway leads to the lower level two large bed rooms each with a great view of the Sonoma coast. Both have large closets and a comfortable couch. The north bed room has a queen bed, overstuffed chair and cable TV with VCR. The south bed room has two full beds. A large bath room, just like the master bath room (but without the Jacuzzi), is located at one end of the connecting hall and a fully equipped laundry room towards the other. A door at the end leads to the two car garage.
Golf, dive, fish, bike, or hike along the spectacular Sea Ranch coastal area. There are nearby facilities for swimming, sauna, basketball and tennis. Enjoy plenty of beaches:

03/28/05 While Mum & Dad & Aunt & Uncle were at St. Ocres for dinner and little brother was asleep, we enjoyed telling stories, dancing, playing Candyland, and watching a movie. We have Easter eggs. WE went down to the beach with my family today. I am going to a swimming pool but just eating my Easter eggs. After swimming I am going on an Easter egg hunt. We have been coming to the Sea Ranch for over 20 years. This is by far the best home we have rented. Our family truly enjoyed the magnificent view and all the amenities provided for our Thanksgiving feast. Imagine, even a meat thermometer. Everything was great ... except figuring out the lights ... we got 'em though! Love the house, the view, the ambience. the surf was great as usual! Sonoma Coast Chapter Surfrider Foundation Retreat
