This is a family-owned and well-cared-for condominium situated in a quiet cove off the main channel at Mile Marker 11. Unbelievable fishing from the docks with numerous crappie beds right under the boat slips. Kids can easily catch bluegill, catfish, perch, and crappie from the docks. Large swim dock with ladder. If you have a boat, no need to worry with this new, 16 X 40 foot, covered boat slip for you to use.
This is a prime location. It is secluded and quiet, but only 10 minutes from all the action of miniature golf, outlet malls, and go karts. A convenience store is only one mile away and they rent DVD's, sell bait and tackle, alcohol, gas, and food. The great thing about this location is you are half way between Bagnell Dam and the Grand Glaize Bridge (near party cove) by water. This makes it nice on travel time on the lake and on your boat's gas bill.
Each condominium has two bedrooms and one bath. Unit #8 has a master with a queen bed and a 2nd bedroom with bunks and a full trendle along with the sofa pull-out queen in the living room. Unit #7 has queen beds in each bedroom, but no sofa pull-out.
Full-service kitchen with a large table for all to eat at. Each condo has its own gas bbq grill on the covered concrete patio overlooking the lake. Direct TV in each condo as well to provide entertainment on those rainy/lazy days. |
