Nicely decorated two story, five bedroom, five bath home built in 2005. Inverted floor plan with large kitchen and livng room on top floor, additional living room on bottom floor for kids and relaxing. There are two large decks and a fenced in private pool in the rear of the house, which face the ocean. Large dining room table and fully equipped kitchen.
All the state of the art amenities are here, 42 inch HD big screen upstairs, 36 inch TV downstairs, CD, DVD, Playstation, wet bar, gas grill, pool and beach chairs. This 2500 square feet home also has a first and second floor living rooms for the kids to watch tv or just to stretch out on the couches for a nap.
The bedrooms are set up as follows:1K,1K,1Q,2 SINGLES,2 SETS BUNKS,and Queen Sleeper Sofa in living room. All bedrooms have their own full bathroom. All you need to bring is sheets, pillow cases & towels, or they can be provided by one of the companies below.
