Wicker Park is one the best and most recently "trendy" neighborhoods close to downtown (2 miles from the center of the loop or the Magnificent Mile) with lots of unique shopping (Noir, le Dress, Paper Doll, Penelope's, Pagoda Red, Nina, Symmetry, Pavilion,) and acclaimed dining (Bristol, Duchamp, Feast, Adobo Grill, Spring, Green Zebra, Mirai, Crust, Jerry's, Mana, Smoke Daddy's) all just a short walk away. We are easy to get to from both airports, the Kennedy (90/94) expressway or Amtrak/Union Station. We offer free parking with either a garage or off-street parking depending on the apartment. We are very close to public transit, a 1.5 block walk and then 4 minutes to downtown on the Blue Line train and we are just south of Wrigley field/Lincoln Park so that you will find it a breeze to get around in the Windy City from these units. All 3 are located on the same 1200 block of North Greenview Ave, 2 of these apartments (Wicker Park and Bucktown) can be rented as a whole house rental with sleeping for 7-12 people max.

Why the Owner Chose Wicker Park
We are 1.5 blocks from the Blue Line Subway so coming in via public transit from O'Hare airport and even Midway is very easy and we are so close to downtown that getting around on the 3 local buslines and subway is great. The Wicker Park and surrounding neighborhoods are filled with excellent dining choices, great little boutiques with unique merchandise so shopping is great fun - and is within a short walk from the units.

Free wi-fi, free parking, most have off-street or garage parking, the smallest apartment only includes permits for on-street parking. Fully furnished kitchens allows you to cook on your own, we even have a resident chef at our local (1/2 block away on way to/from subway) specialty grocery, August. George prepares lunch and dinner specials every weekday so you (and other local residents) can pick up a home-cooked meal or you can choose from his very fresh fish and meats, produce and cook on your own.
