Come and stay with us in our 1800 square foot townhome near the base of Deer Crest Gondola at Deer Valley. New in 2005, the townhome is beautifully decorated and offers all the creature comforts including a home theatre, DirecTv and wireless broadband internet.
The townhouse is located on the Jordanelle Reservoir overlooking the Lake and perfect for summer activities as well. The Marina at Jordanelle is just two miles down the road. The Canyons and Park City Ski Areas are minutes away.
A year round destination! You also have full access to the pool, jacuzzis, and fitness center at the adjacent Stillwater Lodge.
If you prefer to cook in, our kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils to cook that gourmet meal.
There are 3 bedrooms and a loft with a double Futon. the master bedroom has it's own separate full bath with separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has matching bunkbeds. The second full bath services the second and third bedrooms.
Downstairs there is a separate half-bath.

I go skiing every New Year's with a group of friends and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed! There was room for everyone and the house is absolutely amazing! We all felt right at home and had all the amenities we needed. Washer and Dryer on site, the beds were super comfy with high end linens, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking and there were tons of board games that we enjoyed playing. John has set this house up to feel like a home and not a rental. Even the soap in the bathrooms were from Bath & Body Works, just an incredible stay! The Deer Valley gondola is literally 5 minutes away and the drive into Park City is maybe 10 minutes. The house is located in the same complex as the Lodge at Stillwater (which has a ski rental shop) so picking up and dropping off ski equipment was a breeze. John is a great person to rent from. He made the whole rental experience feel more like staying at a friend's house than renting from a website. Definitely would recommend and will be back in the future! Thanks for a great vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

The four of us (two young adult children, a teenager and me) just returned from a quick ski vacation to Deer Valley. This townhouse was perfect. It's a easy drive from the airport - all freeway - and close to all the Park City resorts (Park City, Canyon, Deer Valley, etc) and to the amenities of Park City. At the same time, the development itself is quiet and relaxing. The accomodations are great. The kids had their own space (my youngest loved the futon/loft area) and with two full baths, showers and mornings were never a competition. The townhouse is very well apppointed and furnished. The living area was comfortable and large enough for all of us to hang out. The great movie selection and honor system with pops/water are great examples of the attention to detail of John, the owner. He was responsive and great to work with. The highest praise came from my daughter who proclaimed that this townhouse is exactly what a cottage should be like. I agree. We all would use it again in a heartbeat (assuming my body recovers from the skiing)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We recently returned from a four night stay at this town house. We found the town house to be comfortable, clean, and charming. Everything in the unit feels clean and well-maintained. The kitchen has good counter space, which would allow plenty of room for food/meal prep. The beds were all very comfortable, and the bathrooms were very clean. We found the unit to be well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and bed linens. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were nice not too far from the unit. The unit's location was nice for our family, since we wanted to spend time in Heber City/Midway, as well as Park City. We also liked that it was so close to Jordanelle reservoir. The photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance and amenities. Everything looked just as nice in person and we were pleased with the quality of our stay. I think it should be noted that 'the loft' only has enough room for the futon. If you are prepared to use this space for someone's room, you should know that it is an open public space that is by the stairs where there might be a lot of foot traffic. However, if you are wanting to stretch the space and fit up to eight people in this unit, the loft should sleep two people just fine. John was great to work with and provided us with a lot of good information regarding local attractions and such. We would definitely consider coming back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

The location is a simple 50 minute drive from the Salt Lake City Airport on all freeway or 4 lane roads that are well maintained in the winter. the location avoids the congestion of Downtown Park City in the winter but is minutes away for shopping or dinning.
