Welcome to our Truckee River Riverfront Condominium, River Run #20. REDUCED RATES FOR THE ECONOMY. FROM NOW UNTIL THANKSGIVING, STAY AT OUR CONDO WITH NO CLEANING FEE.... THAT'S RIGHT NO CLEANING FEE CHARGE. THIS IS A DISCOUNT OF $100, There is a possibility you may be asked for a minor inonvenience of our condo to be shown by a local realtor while you are a guest at our condo. Our condo is currently for sale and listed with a realtor. Therefore, for this inconvenience we have lowered our rates from $130 nightly to $120 and taken off the cleaning fee of $100. You would be notified by us if there is a request to show the condo while you are visiting. We would not show our condo without your notification/confirmation of notificatioin.
We have given this condominium a great face lift. It is appointed with everything you will need for a great night's stay. All you bring is yourself. All bed linens, towels, kitchen linens. Very clean condominium. Cabinets refinished. This condo has recently had it's spring clean.
You have a beautiful view right outside your sliding glass door of the beautiful Truckee River. Right across the river is the famously known River Ranch Restaurant. The Truckee River rafting brings you right to your condominium. There is the famous bike trails around and to Lake Tahoe. There are hiking trails all around within walking distance.
You can drive either way to downtown Truckee or to Tahoe City just minutes away. Of course, you have the wonderful ski amenities of Alpine Meadows right up the street and down the street a short distance is the famous Squaw Valley ski resort. Take the shuttle up to Alpine Meadows right across the street from River Run. This is immediately off Highway 89 onto Alpine Meadows Road.
We have a TV with VHS/DVD player for your enjoyment. We provide you with an outdoor BBQ.
This condominium has a gas fireplace for your enjoyment and a wonderful mountain atmosphere. It is a very quiet complex with hot tub for your enjoyment, pool, tennis courts, sauna. Our spa area was just refurbished and updated for your enjoyment.
Great for anytime of the year, holidays, family reunions, weddings right next door on the river at River Ranch and have your family stay at condos at River Run. A great location for a number of fun in sun, snow, fall, summer.
The washer/dryer is right inside the unit so you can do your laundry at your convenience. Sit out on your deck and enjoy the riverfront view right from your deck. Have your breakfast, lunch, or dinner on the peaceful deck.
We have a nice lazy boy sofa with a queen size hide a bed for your friends to join you on your adventure or for your children to enjoy.

Discounts if stay is longer than one week 2night minimum 4 night for holidays

We have lived in the Truckee area for over 30 years and have raised our three children in all the local schools. This is a great area for kids to grow up and enjoy all the mountain amenities.

The view of the Truckee River from your condo is what attracted us to this complex along with the quiet environment. You can have all the amenities of a larger scale Tahoe/Squaw area without all the congestion of people and noise.
