Located within an easy three-block walk to the ocean, this community has its own private bay-side beaches, outdoor pool and indoor pools, interactive fountain, club house and a boardwalk along the canal.
With maximum occupancy of 12, this luxurious home has four bedrooms and a den. Sleeping accommodations include one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, a day bed with trundle, three bunk beds with one double and six twins.
This home, with views of the bay and the interactive fountain from three of its four decks is superbly equipped for an ideal family vacation at the beach. The many amenities include an outdoor shower, washer and dryer, two-car attached garage with two additional driveway parking space, three full plus two half baths, and a dining table that seats 12 with additional seating at the kitchen counter for two.
This home is beautifully decorated with new furnishings throughout. It has all the needed convenience items, including cable and phones in each room, a game table, and TVs on each level.
We are steps from the private beaches, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, and corner market. High speed internet included.
Convertible beds sleep 4 if needed.
We do not rent to seniors and there is an age requirement of at least 25.
