Our villa is on the closest gated resort to Disney - only 3 miles. You can't get better than that. We have taken 5 repeat bookings in the short period of time our home was built and one family are returning for their third visit this year. We have very high standards and reinvest in keeping our home in prestine condition, both inside and out. We are looking to attract guests who would like to rent our home with similar high standards and respect for a beautiful home.

Being on a gated resort offers the best of both worlds. It offers so much more than a hotel to have your own space with private pool, jacuzzi and games room, rather than just a hotel room. Emerald Island Resort also has the benefits of the conceige desk at the clubhouse where you can seek advice and guidance re local attractions, together with the facilities on the resort. Our management company are always reliable and close to hand should you have any queries.

We are a family of four who love active, fun vacations and for us you can't beat the thrills and excitement Orlando has to offer (photo taken in Mexican restaurant in Epcot). We have had several memorable vacations in Orlando, each with a different itinerary which is the beauty of Orlando, there is so much to explore and experience. Our children are 21 and 19 and still keen to come us with and I'm sure they will for many years. We have shared these holidays with grandparents, relatives and close friends. Precious memories which will last a lifetime.

As they say. . . all good things come to an end. Thank you for allowing us to have a very nice and enjoyable vacation at your villa. Highly recommended villa, only a short drive away from all of Orlando's main attractions and shopping districts. The villa is both clean and comes complete with everything that you would need to cater for both family or friends. A true home away from home. The villa is situated in a friendly resort, and the security at the gates are friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again, and I have done so three times now.

We had a wonderful time in your vacation home, it was everything we had hoped for and more. The game room was a huge hit, perfect for a house full of football players. We could tell you put time and effort in maintaining the house and it was appreciated by all the guests. Many rentals have broken down games in the game room but yours were well cared for. I would love to stay in the villa again, and many of the guys would like to book this villa for vacations with their families. I would also like to thank you for being so responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. Even though I booked rather late, you were patient and willing to answer all my questions. Easiest vacation to book for me yet, thank you!

It had everything one could wish for, even down to the toys for the grandchildren to play with (when they were not in the pool). Emerald Island was also the ideal location for getting to and from Disney with small children. A superb villa in absolutely the best location with Disney parks only 3 miles away. The villa was beautifully clean (and I'm fussy!) and tastefully furnished. The pool, jacuzzi and games room kept my family entertained and we had lots of fun. Lots of shops and restaurants also nearby. This was our first stay in a villa like this. The property was great. It was very clean, and had everything we needed. We had small children, and it was nice to be able to put them to bed, and be able to stay up to watch TV without bothering them. The pool was well maintained. The resort was gated, and felt secure. The resort was also very well maintained. The location was also very good (Disney was close). We would stay here again. Very nice, thanks!

Our family of five had a great time staying at this villa. It was nice and clean. It was really to close to Disney. Our friends stayed with us for a few days with their kids and there was plenty of room. The kids loved having our own pool and hot tub. We stayed at a Disney resort during our last visit to Florida. We are so glad we decided to stay off site this time. There was so much more room. It was nice to be able to put the kids to bed and have adult time. I would recommend this house to other families.
