As they say. . . all good things come to an end. Thank you for allowing us to have a very nice and enjoyable vacation at your villa. We found it to be clean and confortable and above all, very close to all the parks and attractions we wanted to go to. All the information we needed was provided by Carol as well as Victoria. We had a wonderful time in your vacation home, it was everything we had hoped for and more. The game room was a huge hit, perfect for a house full of football players. We could tell you put time and effort in maintaining the house and it was appreciated by all the guests. Many rentals have broken down games in the game room but yours were well cared for. I would love to stay in the villa again, and many of the guys would like to book this villa for vacations with their families. I would also like to thank you for being so responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. Even though I booked rather late, you were patient and willing to answer all my questions. Easiest vacation to book for me yet, thank you!

Highly recommended villa, only a short drive away from all of Orlando's main attractions and shopping districts. The villa is both clean and comes complete with everything that you would need to cater for both family or friends. A true home away from home. The villa is situated in a friendly resort, and the security at the gates are friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again, and I have done so three times now.

Just a short note to thank you for letting your home to myself and my family, we all had a great time staying at your villa. It had everything one could wish for, even down to the toys for the grandchildren to play with (when they were not in the pool). Emerald Island was also the ideal location for getting to and from Disney with small children. A superb villa in absolutely the best location with Disney parks only 3 miles away. The villa was beautifully clean (and I'm fussy!) and tastefully furnished. The pool, jacuzzi and games room kept my family entertained and we had lots of fun. Lots of shops and restaurants also nearby. Our three generations of family (6 months to 60 years) found the villa comfortable and perfectly presented, clean and pristine. The pool, games room, books, TV and internet access kept all of us entertained. We particularly appreciated the quiet and secure location at Emerald Island and yet how close it was to shops, restaurants and of course the Disney Parks! I would also like to thank you for the smoothness of the whole booking process, the additional information you gave us and the speed at which you answered any of our queries. No doubt with grandchildren we shall return to the parks in the future, and when we do we would like to be able to contact you to stay at the villa again; it did exactly what it said on the tin!

Great place to stay for vacation!

This was our first stay in a villa like this. The property was great. It was very clean, and had everything we needed. We had small children, and it was nice to be able to put them to bed, and be able to stay up to watch TV without bothering them. The pool was well maintained. The resort was gated, and felt secure. The resort was also very well maintained. The location was also very good (Disney was close). We would stay here again. Very nice, thanks!

Our family of five had a great time staying at this villa. It was nice and clean. It was really to close to Disney. Our friends stayed with us for a few days with their kids and there was plenty of room. The kids loved having our own pool and hot tub. We stayed at a Disney resort during our last visit to Florida. We are so glad we decided to stay off site this time. There was so much more room. It was nice to be able to put the kids to bed and have adult time. I would recommend this house to other families.

We stayed in this villa. It was spacious, luxurious and very clean. Absolutely beautiful and above our expectations - and we have very high standards! We would rank it very highly as the resort is quiet, clean, friendly and very close to all of the theme parks. We would definitely book this villa again.
