LAKEFRONT A-frame (built in 2002). Beautifully decorated. Fully furnished (all furnishings purchased late 2004 and early 2005). Professionally landscaped. Approximately 1800 square foot.

Downstairs includes newly installed Pergo flooring and Berber carpeting, new countertops, and new cabinets. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs (one contains a Queen Bed and one contains 2 Twin Beds). The bedroom upstairs contains a King Bed. The screened-in porch includes two ceiling fans and there is also a wrap around deck facing the lake. Double dock/deck, Seawall/beach area. Big view, deep water. No pets/smoking.

  • What a wonderful weekend. House is perfect size and layout. Very clean and fresh. The yard is perfect so the family can choose to play in the nice grass, the beach area, on the dock or in the water. Both the covered porch and open deck provide places for the kids to play and the adults to relax. South Shore has EVERYTHING your home has. From all necc. kitchen utensiles, lounge chairs, grill, fishing poles, floats, etc... All you need is a pair of flip-flops and a toothbrush. If you need to rent a boat check the Twin Bridges area. Great way to spend an entire day on the water. Thanks Lisa for making this a wonderful way for us to begin our summer.

  • Lisa, we had a great time while staying at the lakehouse. The house was fully equiped with everything we needed. My nephew and niece loved the sand. The view from the deck was breathtaking. We will definately stay again in the future and would recomend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. Lisa was great to work with and everything went smoothly.

We most definitely will stay again. My is 17 old son, never goes on vacation with us, loved the place. To me that says a lot....

  • We are a group of 5 women that have been friends for over 20 years - we meet for a girls weekend once a year and stayed at this beautiful place this year. We will now always come back to this lake house - it was beautifully decorated, well stocked, and had beautiful views and lakefront access. The owners were excellent to work with and went out of their way to make sure all the plans were confirmed before the event and checked on us while we were there to make sure there wasn't anything else we needed. It was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this lake house to everyone.

  • Lisa, I'm late in posting a comment but didn't want 2008 to end without my saying what a wonderful time I had at your house in July of this year! For those considering this house, you will not find a greater person to rent from than Lisa Jacobs. This summer I rented for two weeks at the last minute (fortunately someone else had canceled), and the entire rental process could not have been any smoother. The house and dock are amazing, and I loved being there. You will fall in love with this property. I have rented houses over the years in Florida, Maine and Georgia, and by far, Lisa is the most organized and friendly owner I've ever rented from. One day while I was staying at the house and talking with Lisa on the telephone, I asked her the name of her previous realtor at Lake Sinclair. She referred me to Ron Houck of Craig-Massee Real Estate, and I met with him to learn more about possibly buying my own lakehouse at Lake Sinclair. (He's a great realtor and knows more about Lake Sinclair than anyone I've met.) He showed me 6 houses I selected from the online MLS listings. I fell in love with the first house and bought it that week! So, now I won't be renting Lisa's house anymore, but I definitely recommend it. The town of Milledgeville has great historical buildings, especially if you enjoy taking photographs, and Lake Sinclair is really beautiful. I've owned my lakehouse for four months now, and have visited it from Florida each month. You will love Lake Sinclair -- and also Lisa's rental house! Enjoy!

  • Thank you Lisa and Doug for another wonderful getaway at the lake.This is my families third trip to the beautiful lakehouse and I plan on returning often. Lisa is one of the easiest people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. She worked with us on a couple of occasions to make our vacation special. Thank you Lisa for the great family outings we have got to share over the past year. The house and property are immaculent and although the pictures are worth a thousands words, they don't come close to portraying the beautiful scenery, friendly people, or the family atmosphere this home offers.

  • Lisa & Doug - I returned home today totally satisfied with my stay. Everything listed and what you told me were true to form. The leaves were turning and the view could not be better. I think I mentioned that this year I have stayed at Lake Chatuge, Lake Blue Ridge, and Lake Lanier. Your place was far and above all the others. You have everything we could have wanted for a perfect weekend with the whole family. I will be renting with you again.
