Our LAKEFRONT property (built in 2002) is Beautifully Decorated and Professionally Landscaped. Our property is Fully Furnished . . . and we mean FULLY FURNISHED . . . the only thing you should need to bring is groceries (and there is a grocery store on the way - less than 20 minutes away!). We have had guests prepare entire Thanksgiving meals in our property!
Please check out the photos to the left (and for "ADDITIONAL PHOTOS OF THE PROPERTY" please click the LINK located above the section "Owner's Profile), but here is the general layout of the property: There are 2 bedrooms downstairs (one contains a Queen Bed and one contains 2 Twin Beds). Upstairs there is a master suite which contains a King Bed. The screened-in porch includes two ceiling fans and there is also a wrap around deck facing the lake.
Now on to the outside. Our double dock/deck is HUGE (in fact it was built to allow a helicopter to land on it!) and perfect for soaking up the sun or kicking back and watching the world go by . . . on boats, jet skis, or c-dos. There is a seawall and a sandy beach area perfect for the young ones. And the views are truly spectacular as we are on "big water" . . . we have 8ft at our dock alone!

My family and I had a great time at Doug and Lisa's house on Lake Sinclair. The house was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. The yard and pier were fantastic. We brought our boat and had a fantastic time on the lake. We'll certainly plan on a return visit. I would certainly recommend this beautiful rental house. Bill S.

We had a Wonderful,Relaxing stay at your home.I especially loved the screened in porch where I could just curl up with my coffee & book early in the mornings & late in the evenings.The home has everything we needed & has inspired me to come home & clean out closets to try & find the same feel of less is More! The dock was perfect for my husbands Seadoos & I really liked the fact that we were only ten minutes from Wal-Mart unlike some places we have stayed on the lake.Thanks for being so kind & understanding to my last minute booking,I really needed this getaway.Hope to book with you soon.

We had a great time at this property! The guys had an awesome time fishing. They caught over forty right off the dock. The kids had a blast playing in the sand and water. The location of the property on the lake was perfect. We plan on going back!!

A great place to vacation at Lake Sinclair. We were very pleased with the property, and felt it was a terrific value. The elevated sun deck is awesome. If you bring a boat or jet ski, take some hull bumpers to use in the boat slips as this part of the lake can have a lot of boat traffic in good weather. Slab shellcrackers can be caught right in front of the dock, and they are great eating too. Very nice area on the lake, centrally located between Milledgeville and Eatonton. We plan on going back. Great choice for a weekend getaway as everything you need is provided. Lisa is a joy to work with and will bend over backwards to ensure your time at their place is spent relaxng and enjoying the lake....they have thought of just about everything to make your stay hassle free.

My family and I stayed at this location for 6 days. We had a wonderful time. It was a nice setting. The home was spacious. There were games, puzzles, movies and books available as well as cable TV. The view was gorgeous. It was a wonderful spot for a relaxing time.

My girls and I spent a wonderful relaxing week at this great lakefront home. We spent time on the lake, the water was smooth and beautiful and perfect for our SeaDoo. Great screened in porch. My favorite time was sitting on the dock reading in the early morning, and watching the beautiful sunset. Easy drive from Atlanta.

Nothing but positives to say about this rental!! Spent a week playing on the water with all the comforts of home. Owners were very accomodating from the get go, with date changes and special requests. Loved the house, screened in porch, and beautiful view of the lake. The dock area is well equiped for water craft, and umbrella and chase lounges provided for hours of leisure time on the dock. Our family had a wonderful week at the lake. We would highly recommend this rental. Our first experience with a rental through VRBO could not have been better!!

Our stay was at the end of June 2010. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very helpful in seeing our stay was a good one. Great house, neat, clean, Satellite, DVD player, Great sound system. Close to the water, good fishing, no big crowds, quiet. Easy to find, many local sights for day trips. Our family and guests had a wonderful time and we will vacation here again.

Our family had a very nice time at your lake home in June. Your home is beautiful, roomy and in a very nice area. Things were quiet and peaceful and our grandchildren enjoyed the sandy beach area. The rides on the sea-doo were super in the calm water. We had a relaxing visit.
