5 Bedroom Home - Windsor Palms Vacation Home Rental If you have never rented a home directly from the owner, we strongly recommend you to try it. We have maintained and equipped it so that you will have the best family vacation possible. Windsor Palms is a great community close to Disney. We are pleased to offer our beautiful privately owned 5 bedroom, large gameroom, 3.5 bath home located just four miles from Disney World. Our spacious home is situated in the beautiful community of Windsor Palms which is a small, quiet, gated community with on-site security 24/7. Our home has a private screened-in pool, hot tub, and patio area right outside the great room sliding door. We are also located next to the community recreation center. This is the way your family was meant to vacation - totally affordable with so many extras. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, ice maker, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. The dinette area seats 6 around the dining room table overlooking the pool and hot tub area. There also is a breakfast bar which has 4 stools. There are child alarms fitted at all doors leading to the pool area. The great room has a 50" large screen TV, VCR, DVD, and X-Box. The house is decorated in African safari. Bedroom 1: The master suite has 19" TV with remote, a king bed, and attached master bath with oversized bathtub and separate shower. Bedroom 2: The junior master suite has a TV with remote, queen bed, and private bathroom. Bedroom 3: Enter this room through french doors to a queen bed and 19" TV with remote. This room has a half bath across the hall. Bedroom 4: This bedroom is on second floor with twin sleigh beds and a 19" TV. A full size bath is next door. Bedroom 5: This bedroom is on second floor with a bunk bed with double bed on the bottom and a single bed above. This is our Mickey Mouse room. It has red, blue, and yellow furniture with a 13" Mickey Mouse TV, Mickey lamp, Mickey clock. The kids will love it. We have everything you need. We also have a 20x20 fully-equipped game room which includes pool table, foosball table, TV with DVD, boom box, and pub table with 4 chairs. We have several friends and neighbors from Minnesota who also own homes in Windsor Palms. If our home is not available, please ask about our friends' 3-bedroom townhome or 4 and 6-bedroom homes. They are all beautiful, well kept homes with similar amenities.

High season ...... $219/night (4 night minimum)
Holiday season ... $239/night (7 night minimum)
$250 non-refundable reservation deposit.  Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
$300 refundable security deposit is taken at check-in by credit card.
Cleaning Fee of $120 for less than 5 night stays.
