This is a direct oceanfront retreat that will not disappoint. There are only eight direct oceanfront beach villas in all of Palmetto Dunes and this is the nicest.
The villa includes three bedrooms along with two and one half baths (one with a huge shower/sauna). Travertine marble floors throughout. Granite and Stainless in kitchen. Huge sundeck overlooking the ocean and there are three oceanside patios below the sundeck. Cable TV, high speed internet, ceiling fans, DVDs, and VCRs complete this wonderful villa.
Large pool in complex, all Palmetto Dunes amenities are included. You will not find this type of vacation anywhere else. Palmetto Dunes is one of the finest beaches in the world and this villa compliments it.

Blown away by this beautiful oceanfront villa. The description of the property doesn't say enough for the beauty of it. More than enough room for the 7 adults and one 10 year old grandson. Ocean was just steps away and the pool was a very short stroll through the parking lot. Don't hesitate in renting this beauty because we will be again next year.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

My family was blown away by how nice the villa was when we stepped inside! It is much larger than it seems in the photos. You could not ask for a better location to stay. You can sit on the top deck and have coffe and watch the ocean, and when you are ready for the beach it is truly just steps away. It was right on the beach, but the way it was set up, it also felt private. I absolutely would stay here again. Everything was perfect!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had a great week at this Beach Villa! Nothing can compare to having that ocean right there!! You'll not find ocean front for a better price!
