Our superbly maintained property is only available for

Airy bright and roomy, this Condo consist of a full kitchen with breakfast bar and all the comforts of home. There is a separate laundry room for the washer and dryer. Next to the kitchen is a dining area and a great room with a tray ceiling. The great room leads to a large balcony with a pleasant view. All bedrooms are furnished with Cable TV and DVD players. High-speed internet access is available in the great room next to the kitchen.
The master bedroom is decorated in an island manner with a queen-size bed with a full-size bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have two twin beds in one and a queen bed in the other. There is also an outside shower in the back to wash off after a day at the beach.
Only one and half blocks away are endless number of restaurants, amusement rides, shopping, and other activities along Wildwood’s famous boardwalk. So much to do at Wildwood and it is all within minutes away.

Why the Owner Chose North Wildwood
Our place is an hour & half from home and five minute walk to the beach/boardwalk. The beach is huge and no beach tags required that means it’s FREE!!! Many walking and bicycle paths along the beach too. Our street is relatively quiet and at night, and you can smell the ocean air.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
There is always some kind of festival or event happening every summer weekend in North Wildwood. These special events are a great alternative to the boardwalk. Our favorite thing to do is walk along the north end walking paths. It’s been newly extended for a mile or two and is really quite lovely and relaxing.

Wil & Betty Gattuso's passion has always been the family, beach, travel, & there pets. They met in the 1960's on the Wildwood boardwalk and married in 1965. Wil graduated from Temple University/ University of Penn and received his License in Physical Therapy. Open a physical therapy practice in 1977 and expanded to seven successful locations until deciding to sell the practice in 2003. Betty is a Real Estate Broker for more than 17 years. Wil and Betty have three children and four grandchildren.
