  Stayed here over Presidents' Day weekend (3 nights). Very nice house. Clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen including plenty of spices and basic cooking needs. Soaps in all the bathrooms, plenty of toilet paper, plenty of linens including big cushy towels. About a 15 minute drive to Ski Cooper which we really enjoyed - a family friendly resort w/ very affordable lift tickets and ski school. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  We stayed in this lovely home February 28th thru March 6th and had a wonderful time. This home is beautiful and so well equipped for a holiday! Chrys has thought of everything to make her guest's stay comfortable. we are looking forward to our next stay in this home and visiting Leadville!

  Our family really loved staying at your home during the Holiday Season. We love all the extra touches that made us feel at home. We did do a few of the activities listed in the red book. The recreation center is great. We also went to the Hot Springs and had a blast. It is surprising how much there is to do in Leadville during the winter. Although it was cold during some of the time we were there, we still managed to get in 4 great days of skiing at Ski Cooper. We will defenitly stay at your place again. You've thought of everything. Thanks for letting us use the sleds in the closet and for opening up your HOME to us. The Bobka's

  We rented the house March 9-14 and absolutely LOVED it. It was perfect for the kids....and adults. The location is super, close to everything! It was nice to come "home" after skiing each day and have the ability to make snacks, hot cocoa, dinner, whatever and then just kick back and play games or watch t.v. So much better than the confinements of a hotel! Thanks Chrys - we look forward to staying there each year from now on.

  Our family of four stayed in January 2007. Chrys' accommodations were terrific. We were very pleased. She was informative and is a great renter. Would rent again from her! We loved the Ski Cooper Resort and would highly recommend it for a local skiing experience.

  10/14/06... Rented Chrys home for 2 weeks... It is a lovely place... Every thing works and the home is well equiped... Certainly would rent it again...
