Spacious feeling provided by a wider than the standard lot/home for Las Gaviotas. Not your typical cramped beach house. Located 1 row behind the front row swimming pool clubhouse and garden area. There is also a garden area adjacent to this property. Large covered patio. Many new amenities.
Each bedroom has a California-King bed with cable TV/wDVD and bath. The living room has 2 large chairs and 2 hide-a-bed sofas. Large dining table with study custom spanish style chairs. One can watch the surf from within the home and not need to walk out to the deck. Ceiling fans in the kitchen, both bedrooms, and the living room. Surf racks outside, rods for wetsuits, and exterior shower with hot water. Gas BBQ on the deck.
This home is centrally located, easy walk to the pool and hot tub, short walk to beach surf area. You will easily find this a perfect place to relax and not feel cramped. Owner is 6'5" and finds this very roomy.

Jun 15-Sep 15 ... 3 night minimum. Sept 16 - Jun 14 ... 2 night minimum
Holidays......... 4 night minimum.
$170.00 security deposit, (refundable pending fines, damages).
$35 per stay cleaning fee.
50% required to reserve dates by PayPal or money order/cashiers check.
Balance due 3 weeks prior to check in date.
Cancellation Proceesing fee: 0-21 days .... $100; 22 days or more ... $40
