- Not Suitable for Children: Due to the narrow circular stairway we cannot recommend the studio Ohana unit for infants and very young children or older persons with infirmities. Most guests love the stairs but our recommendation is to be prudent about the navigation aspect of the steel circular stairway.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Younger adults under 21 years shall pay a damage deposit in advance, refunded upon inspection clearance prior to or after departure. Quiet is the name of the game here.
