Beds	King Bed: Timber Framed Cal.King Tatami Mat Bed with wool OR cotton mattress, very comfortable and perfect for Kauai's weather. Convertible Bed: Queen Sized Sofa and Futon Bed downstairs in living room.

Outdoor Features	Lanai: Studio Ohana Tenants have a private lanai over looking the Kalaheo Mountains and farms with cattle and horses on the hillsides. Very quiet farm and hillsides.

Communications	Telephone: Cable telephone line at location. Free Long Distance: Free inter-island, mainland and Canada calls, guests must use a calling card for international calls. Broadband Internet: DSL Modem is available at all times, no charge.

Suitability	No Pets Allowed Not Suitable for Children: Due to the narrow circular stairway we cannot recommend the studio Ohana unit for infants and very young children or older persons with infirmities. Most guests love the stairs but our recommendation is to be prudent about the navigation aspect of the steel circular stairway. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Younger adults under 21 years shall pay a damage deposit in advance, refunded upon inspection clearance prior to or after departure. Quiet is the name of the game here.
