Large house in the grand old style: 10 foot ceilings throughout. Ceiling fan in bedrooms and living areas. Hardwood floors in all common areas and custom hardwood mouldings and doors.
Downstairs:
Master bedroom and great room. Great room includes living area, dining area w/large stained glass windows, Kitchen w/room for 3 to eat at the counter. Also breakfast area with smaller table for 4.
Upstairs:
4 Bedrooms and parlor. Large parlor with many more stained glass windows, with 2 sofas making it a good place to get away to read, watch TV or visit with friends. Includes sink and small refrigerator.
Decks:
Lower deck includes screened porch and open deck opening from master bedroom. Both screened porch and open deck open to back yard with view of pond.
Upper deck includes a spacious sun porch which opens from a large central hallway. There are also separate outside stairs.
You will have a great stay in this house. Over 4,500 square feet of living area insures plenty of room for everyone!
