  This condo is in a great location with truly a "Million Dollar" view of the ocean. Being on the second floor over the pool was fine in off season but I can't imagine being there in high season. The noise from the pool would be hard to take. My biggest problem with the condo, and the reason why I wouldn't recommend it to a group larger than a couple, is that the second bedroom has no window. I wouldn't have been able to sleep in there but my 14 year son managed. We called it his "man cave". We would have preferred not to use the air conditioner but that room didn't get any ventilation without it. Mark was helpful and the price was great.

  This is the best one in the whole condo- Just above the beautiful pool. Took both my kids there this summer and having the beach access was soooo nice! The pool is pristine and the BBQ areas where so conveinent to cook steaks. The condo was beautiful, clean and cozy. Slide back the curtains and enjoy the view and the sounds of the crashing waves. I highly recommend this unit, and working with Mark, the owner was such a pleasure.

  The owners have updated this awesome condo that has an amazing view of the ocean. 2 bedrooms, big kitchen, living room and dining room area makes this a home away from home. The condo has a great location and is right off the beach. The unit is very clean and offers so much! The gated property allows only people who rent there be able to come in, friendly front desk staff, and great location. There are 3 wide screen tv's, free Wi-Fi! Cable! The most amazing thing is being able to watch the sunrise from 1 of 3 ceiling to floor sliding glass doors. Did I mention the balcony?? Just amazing! The grounds are immaculate as well as the spa/laundry area. Very nice, I highly recommend this condo to anyone that wants a home away from home. BTW, the owner, Mark, is SUPER nice and accomodating. Very easy to work with and FRIENDLY!! Enjoy!

  MARK, WE JUST GOT BACK FROM OUR TRIP TO SOUTH PADRE! YOUR CONDO IS BEAUTIFUL AND HAS THE MOST AMAZING VIEWS. THE GROUNDS WERE KEPT NICE AND THE STAFF WERE AMAZING! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE GIVING YOU A CALL WHEN WE PLAN OUR TRIP NEXT YEAR! THE BEST PLACE IN PADRE WE'VE STAYED OUT OF 8 YEARS!!!!! LOVE IT!

  Mark, I loved our stay. Your place was excellent. The view was unbelievable and the condo, building and grounds are so well kept. Very clean and maintained. The management is A+. Everything was exactly as described and much more. You were very easy to work out the arrangments with. I thank you so much for the wonderful stay and I hope to return.We did go over to Mexico in Progresso and felt very safe. It is a nice boarder town. We also enjoyed the sea turtle rescue place it was a hit, very educational.

  Mark and his family have pulled out all the stops; this condo is fantastic! More floor-to-ceiling glass doors than anywhere we've stayed before. The condo is decorated with the sea, sand and bird motifs, and is tastefully done; it's very bright and airy. The balcony is a calming paradise, providing a place ro eat, drink, visit, read, or simply take in the breathtaking vistas provided by nature. This condo has it all--would recommend it to anyone.
