Davis’ Dune is a seculded cottage with many conveniences that cater to family fun. If you want to enjoy the comfort and convenience of a modern house, yet crave privacy and beauty in nature, this is for you! Davis’ Dune is the place to be this summer.
Only 1 block from the beach, this three bedroom, 3.5 bath home offers great sound side views and good ocean views. Each bedroom has its own private deck along with a communal deck and patio areas under house. There are queen-sized beds in all bedrooms with nice matresses. All three bedrooms have suspended TVs, one with a DVD player. Each bedroom has a large private bathroom giving a suite-like atmosphere.
The kitchen is arranged for fun meals and together interaction time with family and friends. Equiped with a microwave, glass top stove, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with in-door ice dispenser, and dishwasher. Other small appliances can be found in the laundry room adjacent to kitchen. The living area has double futon and ¾ futon seating. The dining table seats 4-6 with space for an additional 3 people at the kitchen bar. Floors are tiled with carpet in bedrooms and stairs/hallways.
A private hot/cold water shower outside awaits for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A charcoal grill is provided for BBQing. We offer expanded cable to the TVs but no local phone so be sure to bring your cell phone. We take pride in our house being extremely neat, clean and in good order for our guests. Sorry but no pets are allowed.

Not only is this home spotless, it is in a great quiet location. We would stay again. It is a short walk to the beach and right across the street from a playground for small children. Great views from all balconies.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers.

We had a great long weekend at Davis Dune! Great location. Easy walk to the beach, even with two preschoolers. The town park across the road was an added bonus. Very clean comfortable house. We'll hopefully be back next summer!

We enjoyed our stay here. Bikes, hammock, and grill all came in handy. Owner was great to work with. Note: the google maps location for this house is incorrect. This house is much closer to the beach than is indicated by google.

My family of 8 stayed at Davis' Dunes during July. We loved the house and the location is great. Very clean, beautifully decorated and all the comforts of home. Russ is wonderful to work with. We had a nice, relaxing week. I would reccomend this home for a vacation rental to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

We had a great time at Davis Dune! The house is in a great location, just a short walk across the street to the beach and right across the street from the gas station/convenient mart. The house was fantastic. All the rooms were a good size and have a private bathroom. It is great having a front and back balcony so you can have either view, depending on your mood. We were able to use the outdoor horseshoes one night, which was a nice feature. I especially liked the 3 beach cruiser bicycles (since my boyfriend and I took a romantic ride and he proposed!) Overall, this is a great house to rent and a great value!!
