Davis’ Dune is a fun loving cottage with many conveniences that cater to family fun. If you want to enjoy the comfort and convenience of a modern house, yet crave privacy and beauty in nature, this is for you! Davis’ Dune is where you need to be this summer.
Only 1 block from the beach, this new three bedroom, 3.5 bath home offers great sound side views and good ocean views. Each bedroom has its own private deck along with a communal deck and patio. There are new queen-sized beds in all bedrooms. All three bedrooms have suspended TVs, one with a DVD player. Each bedroom has a large private bathroom giving a suite-like atmosphere.
The kitchen is arranged for fun meals and together time with a microwave, glass top stove, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with in-door ice dispenser, and dishwasher. Other small appliances can be found in the utility room adjacent to kitchen. The living area has double futon and ¾ futon seating. The dining table seats 4-6 with space for an additional 3 people at the kitchen bar. Floors are tiled with carpet in bedrooms and stairs/hallways.
There is a hot water shower outside for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A charcoal grill is provided for BBQing. We offer expanded cable to the TVs but no local phone so be sure to bring your cell phones. Two bicycles are available for bike tours of the area. No pets allowed. |
