The St James Place is a Five-Star ski-in/ski-out resort in the heart of Beaver Creek village. The location could not be more perfect! Situated right on the Plaza, you are steps away from the Centennial chairlift, the ice skating rink (open year round), fine restaurants, day spas, world-class shopping and live entertainment at the Vilar Center for the Arts.

The St James Place is a full-service building with a 24-hour front desk, concierge, brand new fitness center, steam room, sauna, indoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, heated underground parking, and convenient ski storage. There is no need for you to rent a car or to take any shuttle buses...you are seconds away from everything!

In Fall of 2008, our condominium went through an extensive remodel. Our goal was to create a relaxing atmosphere that would only enhance your family's Colorado vacation. As you can see from the photos, the look of the condo is very Colorado-Mountain, with dark hardwood flooring and trim, brand new appliances, paint and carpet. All three bathrooms were completely redone with beautiful travertine, glass shower doors, granite countertops, oil rubbed bronze plumbing fixtures and lighting. It is tastefully designed and decorated with a mountain flair. We hope that our condominium will feel like your home away from home. We take great pride in ownership and want you to have the best experience possible.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed and a five-piece master bath; the guest bedroom is furnished with two full beds. The living room has a sofa sleeper with a queen-sized bed (very comfortable!). Each bedroom and the living room have a TV (brand new!) and DVD player. Each of the full bathrooms has an oversized tub. In addition, the living room has a Sony Playstation 2 for the kids (or for the adults who are young at heart), a stereo system and a library of movies for your enjoyment. Wi-Fi Internet access is ready to go...

Winter, spring, summer or fall...Beaver Creek offers it all!

VRBO Bear stayed here - 07/26/2007 Considering a long weekend in the Colorado Mountains this fall? What a great time to try out this five-star resort! We loved this beautiful, spacious condo with comfortable lodge interior design in the heart of Beaver Creek Village. Everything is close...we walked to restaurants, shops, Starbucks.

This five-star resort's amenities include outdoor and indoor hot tubs, indoor pool, workout facility and concierge service. The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. Special features we enjoyed: nice new flat screen HDTVs, gas fireplace, ceiling fans, wireless high speed internet, leather furniture and a great kitchen with granite countertops. After hiking and biking, we read and relaxed on the balcony with views of surrounding aspen trees and Beaver Creek Mountain. Oh, and the daily housekeeping made it an extra relaxing vacation!

This place was just what we hoped for. The location, the accommodations, the amenities...really ideal! There's no doubt that many of the vacationers who have stayed here are 'repeat customers.' Contact the owner, Jordan, to reserve your mountain get away...you won't be disappointed.

  • Our family has stayed in Jordan's condo twice and plan to rent it again. We love the proximity to Beaver Creek village and the amenities of St. James Place. The condo is warm and comfortable with plenty of space, and we especially love the 2 double beds in the kids' bedroom. Our kids feel like it is their "home away from home". Attractive and comfortable furnishings, great location in the perfect late-spring vacation setting.   • We stayed here in January of 2009. The condo was in great condition, in an excellent location. We were truly pampered while staying here, an excellent maid service, lockers for the skis, a nice pool and hottub complex, granola bars in lobby, close proximity to restaurants. The condo has basic furnishings for cooking, best for breakfasts and lunches. Who wants to cook when there are so many good restaurants here!! It was really nice to stay in the village so we could enjoy the evening activities for the children like sledding at the base of the mountains, torch skiing at night & fireworks. Beaver Creek hands down is the most awesome place to bring your kids skiing. I have rented from VRBO owners many times, and I have to say that this owner was one of the nicest and most prompt in responding to my questions. He was very helpful.

  • My family and I have vacationed in Beaver Creek for over 10 years. For the last 3 years we have stayed at this condo. It is well furnished, clean and perfectly located. The amenities are wonderful - a private locker to store ski and snowboard equipment and a pool. It is a short walk to the lifts, the skating rink, and shopping. I anticipate staying here for many years to come and highly recommend this condo.

  • We absolutely LOVED your condo and had a wonderful time in Beaver Creek this past week! We almost didn't make it out yesterday due to the snow! Our daughters (6 and 3 and had never skied before) are HUGE FANS of Beaver Creek ski school. They were so comfortable in the guest room (in their "big beds") and felt at home all week. A perfect Thanksgiving was had by all! Our friends, who own a unit at another high-end property on the Plaza, stopped by and were extremely impressed by your unit and upgrades! (They went so far as to say they were jealous of our accommodations!) Thank you so much ... our family has very fond memories of Thanksgiving '08. We will definitely be in touch when making plans to visit Beaver Creek again!

  • I wanted to thank you for the opportunity to stay at your place. We were in town for my cousin's wedding and had a remarkable time. You place has to be one of the nicest places I have stayed at. Although we were only there for a couple of days for the wedding we were able to use your recommendations and had some great meals in the area. My wife and I took a nice long walk through the village one of the mornings and the views were amazing. You could see the fresh dusting of snow on the mountain tops across the way. Once again thank you, and I hope I have the opportunity to visit Beaver Creek again in the future and will definately be keeping your place in mind. Jerome

  • Beaver Creek is a magical place and the St. James was a perfect place/location to enjoy it. You just simply walk out the door and everything you would ever need is right there to enjoy. It was tough getting the kids out of the beautiful condo and onto the slopes because it was so comfortable and pleasing. Jordan went above and beyond to make it a special time. It was one of the best family vacations we've ever taken!

  • The St. James is a great facility in mint condition. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The condo itself is beautifully furnished and very spacious and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable. The work out facility has all of the equipment you would need for a good work out. The hot tub, pool and sauna were perfect for soothing sore muscles. Jordan and Michelle are easy to work with and very responsive to any needs you might have while staying in their condo. They proved to be quality people. We loved the location of St.James Place, right in the heart of Beaver Creek Village with easy access to ski slopes, rental equipment, restaurants and apres ski. We look forward to our next visit to Beaver Creek and espcially to staying in this beautifully furnished condo

  • This beautiful condo and the very helpful and accommodating staff of the St. James made our Christmas week family vacation the best ever. We loved the easy access to the ski lifts and being in the heart of the village for shopping, dining, skating and just being part of this incredible atmosphere. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and well-equiped for all our needs. We'll be returning again and again to this wonderful place!
