Our family of 4 spent three wonderful nights in Jordan's condo in early March. The condo is itself is beautiful and we took full advantage of the St. James amenities including the indoor pool and short walk (maybe 25 yards at most) to the kids' ski school and skating rink. What we did not expect, and perhaps appreciated most of all, was how helpful and responsive the concierge and staff were during our stay in helping with check-in, baggage, ski rental return, trasportation, restaurart reservations, etc. We got much more than "just" a beautiful condo and look forward to returning.

Beautiful condo with outstanding location. Very short walk to lifts or town activities. Just far enough from the noise for a peaceful night's rest. Large den and bedrooms, all in outstanding condition. Full-sized kitchen with everything needed to make your crew happy. Very clean.

Fabulous Find Right In Beaver Creek Village

A beautifully renovated, 2 bedroom unit that walks out right into Beaver Creek Village, steps from the ski school and Centennial Lift and convenient to all the restaurants! Felt like home! Great layout with the kids at one end and adults at the other, each with beautiful bathrooms, comfy beds with duvets. The living room and kitchen were nicely appointed, comfortable and inviting. The owners couldn't have been nicer!

If you are considering a trip to Vail/Beaver Creek, do yourself a favor and book this condo. Everything is top notch. The location can't be beat, the facilities are first class, and the condo itself is clean, luxurious, and in one of the best developments in Colorado. Having recently spent the weekend at this property I assure you, what you see is what you get. With two spacious bedrooms, and three amazing bathrooms, the layout of this condo is perfect for families (we traveled with our boys who are 3 and 6) or for a small group of friends. Book it - you won't be disappointed.

We had a GREAT vacation! The condo was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young girls. Location is perfect, right in the heart of Beaver Creek! Just steps away from the ice rink! Very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed! Jordan was so helpful and they even gave us the number of a babysitter they use so we could enjoy an adult dinner! (who was EXCELLENT!) Completely satisfied and we WILL be back!

Beaver Creek property ....location, location, location!

This property is perfectly located right at the center of the action with easy access to the slopes and shops. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four with an outdoor balcony, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and bedding and an in unit washer and dryer. The owner also has a DVD player, a PS2 system and movies and games available for use. Not sure what you want to do? The concierge staff downstairs has all the answers. The condo is well maintained, clean and comfortable and the owner is very helpful --especially sending his suggestions for favorite restaurants and stops in the area. The parking area is indoors with plenty of space for cars, bikes and equipment. Four thumbs up from our family and we would definitely stay here again the next time we are back at the 'Beav!

My family stayed at this property the third week of June. We had a fabulous time! The condo was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The location of the property is near activities and attractions for all ages. We are already planning our next trip back to this condo! We highly recommend it!

Awesome Beaver Creek Condo

Great condo in a great location. The condo itself is nicely remodeled with two travertine tiled, granite-counter bathrooms, and a nice kitchen. There is plenty of room in the entire condo, and two full-size beds in the second bedroom is a nice touch, even though we didn't need that much bedding for our 2 kids. Plenty of TV's and movies and games are provided, and even a Sony Playstation, which was a nice plus to see even if we never used it. Location is great -- walking distance to everything -- skiing, restaurants, shopping -- as there are plenty of condos/housing in Beaver Creek that are up or down the hill that make it a pain to walk to the center of the village. We never had to move our car once we checked in. The owner is very attentive to any needs, keeps in constant communication, and gives many recommendations on things to do, places to eat, etc. that really adds a nice personal touch to the stay. We were able to appreciate how nice this unit within St. James was, as we got stuck in Beaver Creek an extra day due to a spring snowstorm, (this unit was already booked the following day) and had to stay another night in a different unit at St. James, which clearly was not as nice, with no extra features, appliances and kitchen utensils that didn't work well, a window that didn't fully close, less space in the bathrooms, and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds instead of full beds. The next time we come back to Beaver Creek, either in summer or ski season, we will definitely be looking first to see if this unit is available.

amazing vacation rental

my family and I had the extreme pleasure of staying at jordans condo this past spring break and we loved every second!!! My son is 9 and my daughter is 5 and the bedroom was the perfect place for them to have their own sace. the plus is they even had their own bathroom. In other words mom and dad got their own bathroom. The condo is clean and has everything one needs on vacation. The beds and linens were so comfy and cozy. The bathrooms were spacious an super clean!! The washer and dryer are a plus so we didnt have to pack much clothing. The kitchen was the perfect size to make food if you want to dine in the condo. Jordan makes himself available to answer any questions a traveller might have. Another plus of this condo is its location!!!! It is located right in the village and restaurants and the ice rink are all within walking distance. It's also super close to the Park Hyatt where you can kick back outside any time of the day, drinking any kind of beverage and as you gaze up the mountain. I' ve rented from vrbo before and have always gotten lucky with my choices. This was another good choice!!!

My family spent 5 wonderful days in Beaver Creek. The condo was clean and beautiful. The location could not have been better. The St. James is next door to the Hyatt, and a few steps from the ice rink and restaurants. The unit has a very functional kitchen, 3 updated bathrooms and 2 very large bedrooms. The washer/dryer made the stay very easy and it allowed us to pack "light." The living room is comfortable and cozy, with a gas fireplace. Staff was extremely helpful - from front desk to concierge. I highly recommend this property for families.

Have stayed in Beaver creek many times. This stay was by far the best. The condo was conviently located to everything. Never had to jump on a shuttle to get anywhere. The condo was very clean and decorated very nice. Everything you needed to stay in and cook a good meal. Owner gave lots of information and tips on dinning and attractions. Will stay there again.

The condo was beautiful, Gorgeous views, comfortable rooms and lots of extras's. I would highly recommend this condo for summer or winter. Near everything in Beaver Creek Village witch has lots of shuttle service. Near Chair lifts and great restaurants too. Will definitely request this unit for our next visit to Colorado!

Summer 2010 family vacation

My family and I just got back from Beaver Creek and our stay at the St. James. The Scharg's unit is even nicer than the photos show it to be. We couldn't have been more pleased with everything. The unit was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen had absolutely everything you need for a weeks stay. The washer and dryer were a huge plus to have, staying as long as we did with the kids. The location in the Village is perfect and the entire complex is very nice and well maintained. The gift certificate to Beaver Creek Fine Wines and the suggestion of restaurants and activities was a very nice touch as well! I'm so thrilled that we found this on Homeaway and definitely plan to book a stay in the Scharg's unit the next time we plan a trip to Beaver Creek. Thank you for a phenomenal week in Beaver Creek and we hope to make it back soon!

Chillin out in the mountains

Our family trip consisted of parents, married daughter, husband and 2 grandchildren. This facility more than adequately fulfilled our needs. It was conveniently located to golf courses, restaurants and numerous things to do right in St. James Village. The property was very well maintained and everything was ready for us when we arrived. Our family stayed for 3 weeks in Jordan's condo. It is very nice and and met all our needs. Jordan was very easy to work with and I look forward to staying in his lovely BC home again. It has great extras like tons of dvds, great TVs, beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms. It also has easy access to the slopes and is close to the Park Hyatt and Dusty Boot for apres ski. We stayed in unit 221 over the Christmas week in 2009. We had a great time. The unit is very functional and comfortable and is in a uniquely good location in Beaver Creek Village. We would certainly consider staying there again when we need a 2 BR unit in the future.

Our family has stayed in Jordan's condo twice and plan to rent it again. We love the proximity to Beaver Creek village and the amenities of St. James Place. The condo is warm and comfortable with plenty of space, and we especially love the 2 double beds in the kids' bedroom. Our kids feel like it is their "home away from home". What a great spot you have! We absolutely loved our vacation in Beaver Creek, and the condo was PERFECT for our needs. Attractive and comfortable furnishings, great location in the perfect late-spring vacation setting. Hiking, cycling, ice skating, horseback riding, and more, and a great place to come home to in the evening. We will be back!

We stayed here in January of 2009. The condo was in great condition, in an excellent location. We were truly pampered while staying here, an excellent maid service, lockers for the skis, a nice pool and hottub complex, granola bars in lobby, close proximity to restaurants. The condo has basic furnishings for cooking, best for breakfasts and lunches. Who wants to cook when there are so many good restaurants here!! It was really nice to stay in the village so we could enjoy the evening activities for the children like sledding at the base of the mountains, torch skiing at night & fireworks. Beaver Creek hands down is the most awesome place to bring your kids skiing. I have rented from VRBO owners many times, and I have to say that this owner was one of the nicest and most prompt in responding to my questions. He was very helpful.

We arrived at St. James and the employees were very accomodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was easily accessible to the ski lifts, restaurants, and shops. We had a great time and great stay.

My family and I have vacationed in Beaver Creek for over 10 years. For the last 3 years we have stayed at this condo. It is well furnished, clean and perfectly located. The amenities are wonderful - a private locker to store ski and snowboard equipment and a pool. It is a short walk to the lifts, the skating rink, and shopping. I anticipate staying here for many years to come and highly recommend this condo.

We absolutely LOVED your condo and had a wonderful time in Beaver Creek this past week! We almost didn't make it out yesterday due to the snow! Our daughters (6 and 3 and had never skied before) are HUGE FANS of Beaver Creek ski school. They were so comfortable in the guest room (in their "big beds") and felt at home all week. A perfect Thanksgiving was had by all! Our friends, who own a unit at another high-end property on the Plaza, stopped by and were extremely impressed by your unit and upgrades! (They went so far as to say they were jealous of our accommodations!) Thank you so much ... our family has very fond memories of Thanksgiving '08. We will definitely be in touch when making plans to visit Beaver Creek again!

I wanted to thank you for the opportunity to stay at your place. We were in town for my cousin's wedding and had a remarkable time. You place has to be one of the nicest places I have stayed at. Although we were only there for a couple of days for the wedding we were able to use your recommendations and had some great meals in the area. My wife and I took a nice long walk through the village one of the mornings and the views were amazing. You could see the fresh dusting of snow on the mountain tops across the way. Beaver Creek is a magical place and the St. James was a perfect place/location to enjoy it. You just simply walk out the door and everything you would ever need is right there to enjoy. It was tough getting the kids out of the beautiful condo and onto the slopes because it was so comfortable and pleasing. Jordan went above and beyond to make it a special time. It was one of the best family vacations we've ever taken!

The St. James is a great facility in mint condition. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The condo itself is beautifully furnished and very spacious and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable. The work out facility has all of the equipment you would need for a good work out. The hot tub, pool and sauna were perfect for soothing sore muscles. Jordan and Michelle are easy to work with and very responsive to any needs you might have while staying in their condo. They proved to be quality people. We loved the location of St.James Place, right in the heart of Beaver Creek Village with easy access to ski slopes, rental equipment, restaurants and apres ski. We look forward to our next visit to Beaver Creek and espcially to staying in this beautifully furnished condo

This beautiful condo and the very helpful and accommodating staff of the St. James made our Christmas week family vacation the best ever. We loved our stay at this beautiful condo in Beaver Creek. So close to the Village, yet just enough away from the Oktoberfest festivities that it was peaceful and quiet. The Oktoberfest, shops and food in BC were fabulous. We liked the set-up of the fitness area--swimming for the kids and nice equipment for us, all in the same spot. We also enjoyed a great hike up to Beaver Lake. Coming back to such nice accomodations after all these activities made for a wonderful weekend. Thanks!

A long weekend here was just what the doctor ordered. I have stayed in many of the other Colorado resort areas and this was the most relaxing stay I have enjoyed. The location offered outstanding access to the village and activities. The amenities were first rate. The courteous and professional desk and concierge staff were up to every request, not an easy task when traveling with a two year old. After other experiences in dated accommodations, the contemporary and comfortable appointments in the unit were refreshing. I look forward to booking here again.
