Florida living at its best. This new home is located off of 30-A in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach. This home is conveniently located between Destin, Sea Side and WaterColor. Sunny Delight is located just far enough away to feel like you are in a true relaxing tropical environment. There are biking/walking paths that go all along 30A. We are just 10 minutes away from Sandestin to enjoy the shopping at the outlet or the many diffrerent restaurants. The Bay Towne Wharf is a favorite spot for all. There are restaurants, a wonderful childrens playground, outdoor movies and adult spots. A fun place for all ages. We are a short walk to the beach, which is One of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. There is also a full time life guard during season. We are 1/4 a mile from Gulf Place to enjoy the shops, outdoor concerts,restaurants and golf/tennis at the Santa Rosa Beach Club.
At Sunny Delight, you will feel right at home with all the modern conveniences to make your stay enjoyable. The great room and kitchen are complete with hardwood floors, hard surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, 1 bedroom and full bath down, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths up.
You can relax on the porches which are located downstairs and off the master bedroom. Sunny Delight is located on the center island of the community and we have a direct paver path to one of the two community pools. The ice cream truck also makes daily trips through the community to bring you and your family a refreshing treat. The beach access is located at the front of this new community. We have provided a gas grill for your outdoor grilling. We also have provided a DVD library for your viewing. There is a chair/umbrella rental service and also a bike service that will deliver your bike rentals right to the house for your use. For those who just can't leave work behind. Ms. Lucille's is a favorite spot. Sit inside or on the patio and bring your lap top. You can enjoy your morning coffee and fresh pastries while checking your e-mails.
Another fun spot to visit is Sea Side. You can stroll through their open shops or enjoy their restaurants. Gulfplace & Sea Side have family night with outdoor movies and music. We had the best time on our trip. This is a beautiful home with EVERYTHING you need. Perfect for 2 or 3 small families. Convent to the beautiful beach and VERY close to the pool. Great restaurants and shopping close by. Loved being able to cook when we wanted to. I don't think we could have stayed anywhere else more perfect then Sunny Delight! We can't wait for our next visit!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Normally rented in the St. Pete's area and took this site by chance from the vivid description and photos of the home and area. Searched the area on 30-A and was pleased with the overall atmosphere of the area. Arriving at Sunny delight we were more than pleased even before we went in the home, the area was immaculate and remained that way for the duration of our visit. Six adults all over 60yrs. and could not want for a better vacation home. During our month stay we enjoyed the area of 30-A and the beach only minutes walk from our home, the pools in Old Florida Village were great. The surrounding area from Panama City through to Destin and area were great for shopping, walking, restaurants etc. Gulf Place a short walk from the home provided us with a small pharmacy and Publics was only a short drive away, while Tom-Thumbs gas bar provided on the spot necessities. The beach as noted was far from crowded and everyone was pleasant while walking the beach and bike paths. Harbourwalk, Baytowne Wharf, Seagrove, Seaside (the theatre at Seaside was great) - almost too many places to describe provided us with great entertainmnet when not at the beach. Musical entertainment was abundant and could be found almost every where we went. Kelly was a great person to deal with and was easy to keep in contact with. During the whole month of our stay the only call we had to make was to make arrangements for return of the keys. With the two pools in this complex there was never a guestion as to getting a dip after being at the beach infact most of the time we found that we were able to share the pool with parents and children alike. We were more than pleased with our accomodations and look forward to coming back to this area in the future - great for families, couples and seniors alike. A couple of times there were ladies staying at Old Florida Village on girls getaway. Being the only Canadians in the complex at the time of our stay we were received warmly by the other patrons who also stayed in Old Florida Village.

We truly enjoyed your home for our first trip to Destin. We had everything we needed (and then some!!) and had a blast at the beach. Our kids really enjoyed the pool in the late afternoons and the ice cream truck that came by in the evenings. We could not have had a better family vacation. We appreciate your hospitality.

I thoroughly enjoyed my week at Santa Rosa Beach in this charming, comfortable, inviting beach home. I cooked in, dined at fabulous restaurants, relaxed and played cards by the pool, walked and strolled on the most gorgeous beach imaginable, engaged in converstion with delightful "neighbors", and witnessed children pedal through the neighborhood on their first solo bike ride! Did I mention shops and shopping? Everything I needed was readily available. What a great friends and family getaway! Oh, to be enjoying the evening ocean breezes at this perfect Sunny Delight...

This beach house is beautiful as well as comfortable. I enjoyed my stay due to the relaxing, but entergizing enviroment. The beach is beautiful, the ocean was an emerald green during my stay. The pool is very inviting. I loved the neighborhood feeling I got when the ice cream truck arrived every afternoon. I enjoyed my stay so much I am planning a return visit in the near futue

My visit to Santa Rosa beach was not only SUNNY, but also a DELIGHT! The new bright yellow house was cheerful and spacious. I stayed in this house with four other girls friends for six nights. After the lights went out we never heard another sound. The beds were so comfortable for a rental house. Our mornings were spent walking down to the beach, eating at The Gossip Parlor and strolling home. Our afternoons were so peaceful relaxing by the pool and playing cards. One other thing I need to note even through we did not have small children with us, the beaches looked very safe. The lifeguards were friendly and attentive. The new boundry area for children to play in, makes a parent feel that their children are safe. Last note-I was having such a good time that I called to book an extra day. We will be back. Hopefully this fall.
