Windy Shores I is located in the Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach on Ocean Blvd. and 33rd Avenue. This low-rise condominium has two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms and is a non-smoking end unit. The master bedroom has a queen and a full size bed with a TV and VCR. The other bedroom also has a queen and full size bed.
The kitchen in the condo has a microwave, oven and dishwasher with a breakfast bar. The dining room is located adjacent to the breakfast bar. The unit has a laundry room with a washer and a dryer.
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with sliding glass doors to the deck. The deck offers a spectacular direct oceanfront view. You can walk directly down to the pool since the unit is located on the first floor. The pool is well maintained and landscaped.
We have locked storage on ground floor. There are outdoor showers for your convenience.
Myrtle Beach offers year round entertainment with over 100 golf courses, broadway shows, restaurants and shopping.
We rent to family groups of 25 years and older. Monthly rentals available October to March.
