From the beach road behind the property, you would never suspect that the 5 BR/ 5 BA Cozumel vacation rental villa, Villa Maya, is hidden away right on a 200 foot long private beach. What's more, a beach with that offers snorkeling opportunites as well.
Villa Maya also offers dive boat pickup right at the Coral Princess Hotel adjacent to the home at no extra charge for 4 or more guests!
As soon as you enter the courtyard, your gaze will be drawn to the dramatic sculpture of Chac Mool, the Mayan storm god, as he presides over the freshwater swimming pool studded with tiny blue and green tiles. The pool's water gently laps the edge of the broad cobbled patio blooming with a variety of potted and rooted tropical flora.
On the north and east side of the courtyard are 4 of the 5 guest bedrooms including the master bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and air conditioning.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and 2 twin beds. This room has a view of the sea.
The second bedroom has a king bed.
The third bedroom has 2 queen beds.
The fourth bedroom, which is very small, has 1 double bed.
In the cabana, the fifth bedroom affords you a spectacular sea view through sliding glass doors and a king-sized bed. It also has a new and enlarged bathroom.
On the ground floor is the kitchen, living room and dining room. A wall of solid glass sliding doors affords you a panoramic view of the beach and sea. You also have the option of a food service plan. Our cook, Isabel, consistently gets rave reviews from our guests.
