This beautiful Sullivan’s Island home is located just three minutes from the beach and from the downtown eateries and park which includes play ground, basketball court, tennis courts and volleyball. This rental will provide your family with many memories as you enjoy the safe and friendly community of this historical community. It is a perfect house for large families or couples. The 4400 square foot home has been freshly painted and decorated with hardwood flooring throughout. The kitchen is stocked with dishes for twenty and new appliances. The laundry room has a front loading washer and dryer for the big loads. There are six bedrooms, with large closets and four full baths and one half bath.
Wrap around porch includes rockers, hammock, swingbed and round table/chairs.
The family room has a wide screen Wireless, TV, DVD, and stereo. There is a front room for games and reading. Everyone will have a private place of their own. Relax and enjoy the ocean view on the large captains walk. The wrap around porch runs the width of the home is lined with Carolina rockers. Enjoy the natural garden filled with orange and banana trees. Bicycles and golf carts can be rented. All you need to do is bring your groceries. Linens will be provided. Washer and dryer. Tennis, basketball courts, playground, volleyball are all within a minutes walk.
