The 4400 square foot home has been freshly painted and decorated with hardwood flooring throughout. The kitchen is stocked with dishes for twenty and new appliances. The laundry room has a front loading washer and dryer for the big loads. There are six bedrooms, with large closets and four full baths and one half bath.
Owners manage the home and have many repeat renters.

6 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 full, 1 set of twins, pull out sofa with very comfortable Queen, day bed with trundle). 4 full and 2 1/2 bath. Sleeps 12 Guest cottage with Queen bed and full bath. Great for two or three families. Large laundry room. Outdoor shower. The wrap around porch has rocking chairs, table and chairs and two hammocks. Lots of flowering trees, corner house with direct access to beach at the desirable Station 23.
The family room has a wide screen TV, DVD, and stereo. There is a front room for games and reading. Everyone will have a private place of their own. Relax and enjoy the ocean view on the large captains walk. The wrap around porch runs the width of the home is lined with Carolina rockers. Enjoy the natural garden filled with orange and banana trees. 5 Adult Bicycles. Additional bikes and golf carts can be rented. Linens and beach will be provided. Washer and dryer. Tennis, basketball courts, playground, volleyball, spa, fitness facility are all within a minutes walk.
