We chose to buy in Crystal Village II because of the peacefulness about the area. This is not a high-rise condo with alot of activity, but a place that many people call their home year-round. It is very well maintained and features 2 pools right on site within a 2 minute walk. The central location to all the Gulf Coast has to offer is easily within reach. There is the nation's largest designer outlet mall, Fred Couples designed golf courses and of course the Gulf of Mexico.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
I love the spaciousness of the condo. It has a unique octogonal shape that makes it feel nice and open. I also love the beachy-decor that always puts my family in the vacation mood. The kitchen is fully equipped so I can avoid the crowded resturaunts and save money while enjoying my family. I like that fact that I can walk to the beach and catch a great sunset.
