The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, lots of drawer space in the vanity, tile floor, and is decorated in a pleasing beach motif.If you have a wireless laptop, bring it along, as we offer free wireless DSL service. When it's time to stop working and relax, enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated and screened pool, just steps away from your front door. A coin-operated washer and dryer is also available on site. A few short blocks away, you'll find a full grocery store, pharmacy, beach shops, video rental, and restaurant. Owner Description
We are lifelong residents of northeast Ohio, but travel to Florida frequently to visit family. Having our own place on Anna Maria Island has been a true blessing for us.
Why the Owner Chose Holmes Beach
While we've vacationed in other parts of Florida for many years, we "discovered" Anna Maria Island in 2005 and fell in love with it's laid-back, old-Florida style. It suits our needs so well, we will probably never stay anywhere else!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our particular condo faces south so we get the benefit of the sun all day long. It keeps the condo bright and cheerful all day long. Our location is also perfect - just about mid-Island - and on a section of Gulf Drive that has much less traffic than seen in other parts of the island. This makes crossing the street to the beach very easy, especially if you have small children in tow. By late afternoon, our pool is shaded by one of the units, so if you're looking for a place to cool down, the pool is a refreshing alternative to the hot sandy beach.

We had a wonderful week. Our children are begging to go back. Pool and beaches are beautiful. Location is ideal. We hope to return next year.

The condo is in an ideal location, a stones throw away from the beach and a few doors away from a beautiful pool that was just the right temperature with great lounge furniture. The condo itself was neat and clean with access to all the amenities necessary. It was truly a comfortable and delightful place to relax after a long day in the sun. The week stay was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations I've had. I hope to return again.

This was a very relaxing location with beautiful beach access and great restaurants within easy distance. The condo is clean and accomodating. Peace and quiet or lots to do, whichever you prefer. Bikes are a great way to get around the island. We love it here!

We had a wonderful two weeks at your beautiful condo. The beach is awesome with a gentle ocean breeze. We found sand dollars and bunches of shells. The fourth of July fireworks were never ending, and the weather was fantastic.
