SeaView Penthouse has an in-town yet private location. This new Gated community consists of three four-story buildings with two spacious units per floor and plenty of secured parking. The penthouse level is the only floor that captures a spectacular Gulf Coast ocean view and the easy elevator access is a convenient step away to the front door. To the rear is the Port Washington National Park with miles of walking and biking trails and the front borders 30A and a 15 mile bike path (a favorite family outing). Just 2 miles west enjoy boutique/trendy shopping, dining and activities of Seaside and Watercolor; and to the east you’ll find Eastern Lake, golf and events in Rosemary Beach. There’s both fine dining and barefoot casual restaurants within walking distance. We’ll send you our favorite picks and we keep a hand-made “How best to enjoy your vacation” album in the condo. The Ocean view and open air dining and family room area is perfect for entertaining and large family gatherings. There’s dinner seating for 12 pp; 8 comfortably at the dining room table and 4 full back barstools around the extended granite island. It’s such a pleasure to entertain/cook in the well-equipped Gourmet kitchen with a beautiful view of the Gulf coast. There’s even a small wine/martini bar set up conveniently located between the kitchen and dining area. (It’s easily portable to move to the patio, remove for non-drinkers, or to keep out of a toddler’s reach)
The Master suite has a king bed with a 15” CA pillow-top mattress that is “to die for” - like “sleeping on clouds”. There’s an ocean view from the sitting area, and the private bath area dons a large Jacuzzi, separate dressing area, two vanities and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom can be considered a second Master suite with a king sized bed/ pillow-top mattress and private bathroom. The third bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably with one queen and two trundle singles; it’s a favorite for the kids with a festive sailing motif and the perfect set-up for video games. The curtains are made from real sail cloth and there’s a colorful adjoining bathroom with double access to the foyer. All rooms have state of the art electronics, flat screens TVs/DVDs. There’s also a plush queen sleeper sofa for additional guests who will wake up to the sound of waves when the surf’s up.

Why the Owner Chose Seaview Villas
For us, we wanted a beach location, not in a large city that was an easy drive from home...just 6 hours from Atlanta. We considered many areas including Hilton Head, Amelia Island, Kiawah, and several other coastal cites in GA & South Carolina. The biggest difference with the East coast locations is the beaches. Nothing compares to the white soft sand and the clear pristine aqua blue waters on the Gulf coast. Sea Side is a bit too busy for us, but its perfect 2 miles away so we can walk or bike ride there for their many activities. The equal distance between Destin and Panama City affords more travel options with multiple airports. And for our wannabe professional golfer in the family, the golf courses are plentiful with good fairways & greens and good prices. For me, I never have time to shop at home, and being a bargain shopper, I can't beat the selection and prices at the hundreds of name brand stores in the outlet malls.

Welcome to our vacation home away from home! Throughout the year, we lead busy lives in Atlanta and always look forward to getting away to our Family Retreat. We are a family of three, with an extended family of too many to count! After years in the Corporate IT and Mktg/Communications world, we are working on a family internet business to allow us a more flexible lifestyle and time to spend with our rising highschooler and aging parents. The condo was built in 2005, is decorated nicer and much more comfortable than our home in Atlanta, so it doesn't take long to unwind in a sophisticated yet casual setting that feels like paradise. We use it to rejuvenate our family bonding, for fun with other couples & families, and even for just the two of us when we are in need of rekindling romance - something that easily gets sidetracked with hectic schedules. Our life priorities are Faith, Family & Friends and our Seagrove getaway allows us to honor this.

Without a doubt the NICEST place we have ever stayed!!! Withing five minutes of arriving, my husband never wanted to leave!! Yvonne was so, very, very, easy to work with and answered all my questions (even the insignificant ones) in a timely matter. It was our whole family's first vacation in many years and everyone was beyond impressed with this unit. It had everything we needed and this was the first time that we, actually, all fit around a table for our meals. The unit is HUGE! The complex is super quiet and we were, usually, the only ones in the large pool! There was hardly anyone else on our area of the beach. The areas around the complex are second to none!!! My husband and children, especially, enjoyed biking around Seagrove and Seaside. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance. WE CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!!!! Thank you SO much, Yvonne, for sharing you amazing home with us!!

My family and I spent a very relaxing week at the condominium. Everything we needed was there for our use. The rooms were spacious and clean as were the linens etc. The luxury of having a pool and a pristine beach only minutes away added to our enjoyment. The town of Seaside was close by and we enjoyed the shopping and restaurants thers. I would highly recommend leasing this property.

What a beautiful place for our family to gather for the week to celebrate mom's 80th birthday! It is spacious and beautifully decorated and felt like home from the minute we walked in. We were well located to take advantage of all the area offered including beach activities, great restaurants, shopping, and biking and the owner was gracious to answer any questions about their property and the area prior to our arrival.

We had a great time at Seagrove Beach and all the surrounding beach areas. The condo was BEAUTIFUL and had everything we needed. Our kids loved having their own bedroom, bath and TV. The pool was never crowded and the beach was a very short walk. We walked on trails in the park behind the condo to a lake and rode bikes all over Seagrove Beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Wow ~ These photos don't begin to do justice to how amazing this place is. You walk in to this designer-decorated, cool, inviting condo, you walk down the longest hall ever - with bedrooms on all sides, and you come into this breath-taking, spacious, open kitchen/dining/great room that's to die for. Everything is first class perfection, and yet it's livable, comfortable, inviting. It took us about three minutes to sink into the comfort and charm of the place, letting all the stress of city life roll off our shoulders. We loved having morning coffee on the porch overlooking the ocean and pool... playing games and watching movies in the great room, eating grilled salmon at the giant, marble table, sleeping in the designer-comfort beds... enjoying the oversized jacuzzi bathtub... The whole stay was just amazing. We can't wait to go back! :-)

There are absolutly NO complaints on this place. The condo is decorated beautifully. The rooms are a great size ... we stayed with 2 other couples and felt like we had plenty of privacy. We stayed in the master bedroom... the bed was SO comfortable. Seriously, could have spent my entire vacation there - it was like laying on clouds. The other two rooms were very nice as well. The living room was very comfortable accomodating 3 couples comfortably. The kitchen was great - we made a big breakfast the 1st morning and found everything we needed !!!! The walk down to the beach is actually really nice. It's a small nature trail down to your own private beach... now, when we were there it was literally our very own beach. No one was on it! The pool at the condo is HUGE. The picture does no justice ... We all could not believe how big it was!!! I cannot thank Yvonne enough for sharing this beautiful condo with us for our first family vacation! We will defintly be returning!!! Thanks Again!

My husband and I recently spent two months at this gorgeous penthouse condo. Most of the time it was just the two of us, but when we had guests, there was plenty of room to spread out. There was room for my husband to work on his paintings, and me to sew on my quilts. The balcony was great. Even though the weather was colder then normal, the sun was bright and the wind was completely blocked making it the perfect place to read. Everything was first class, from the dishes and glassware to the furnishings. Having a laundry room was great. The beds were very comfortable, with the master bed being extremely comfortable. The elevator was handy if you didn't want to walk up the stairs. The location was also perfect, right on the 15 mile bike trail. We rented bikes and did alot of bike riding. The restaurants in the area were amazing. We tried so many and they were all good. And the beautiful areas of Seaside and Watercolour and the beautiful state parks just a few miles away were not to be missed. The descriptions of this beautiful condo were, if anything, too modest, it was really beautiful. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Our family really enjoyed our spring break stay at this beautiful condo. The listing photos accurately depict the inviting atmosphere of the place. It was ideal for my husband and myself, two teens, and an eleven year old as everybody had plenty of space. The owner was most helpful answering my questions about restaurants and activities in the area. I would highly recommend this property.
