2008 Season .. $800/week (two-person maximum), $1000/week (four-person (maximum).
Season rates are subject to three-night minimum; 2-4 persons .. $500/3 nights.
2008 Off Season three-night minimum .. $95/night 2-4 persons .. $500/700/week.
Security/cleaning deposit of $100 & 50% of rental charge due when reserving.
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival or at booking if less than 45 days.
Cancellations within 45 days, refund less 15%; 30-44 days,forfeit security dep.
0-29 days, no refunds; rescheduling will be accommodated if possible.
Rates include basic cleaning fee.
