The finest one & two bedroom cabins in Chaffee County, why come all this way and not STAY IN THE MOUNTAINS? We are at 8200' (Salida is at 7100'). We are located right on US Hwy 50 just 8 miles west of Salida yet 8 miles east of Monarch Ski Area (Monarch is 16 miles from Salida). We're in a very small town called "Maysville". Our crime rate is zero (except for animals stealing food you may leave outside). Many guests go skiing first thing in the morning, come back to their cabin for lunch, then head up again around 1pm for 3 more hours of skiing...we are that near the ski area! A burger, fries, & drink in the ski area can cost $15...
Each of our cabins have a 53 inch TV in living room, 20+ inch TV in bedroom, DVD and VHS Players in each cabin, Satellite TV access, Satellite Internet Wireless, Unlimited FREE Long Distance telephones, full Kitchen with pots & pans and your VERY OWN HOT TUB outside your back door. One Bedroom Cabins sleep 6 and has a King-Size Bed, Queen-Size Murphy Bed (pulls down from wall in living room) and Queen-Size Sofa Sleeper. Two Bedroom Cabins sleep 10 and has same configuration but an additional two Queen Size Beds in the second bedroom (it's a large 2nd bedroom). All master bedrooms utilizes 300 thread count 100% Egyptian Cotton King Sheets. The Full Kitchens have Pots, Pans, Stove, Oven, Coffee Maker and Microwave. A Wal-Mart Supercenter is only 7 minutes east for all your groceries.
Cabins feature high ceilings, own porch with views of beautiful aspen trees and some of white-cap mountains, and outdoor charcoal grill. They are all on eleven acres that borders US 50 West on one side & the north-fork of the South Arkansas River on the other. Pets allowed (certain rules apply - such as you cannot leave them in your unit alone at any time). We do have some pet cages, ask way ahead of time for availability. Pets must be under control at all times and cannot run loose. See website for detailed map & pictures of inside of units.
SPECIAL NOTE: This is a multi-million dollar resort. We do this for a living, this isn't some part-time hobby in which the vacation owner "may" want to "bump" you or overbook your rental due to unorganization and you find yourself without a place to stay after traveling so far - we get those customers from rookie vacation home owners all of the time (over 100 last year)! Rest assured if you book a cabin with us, it will be here ready for you... Having as many cabins as we do, we served over 1000 guests last year alone! We are licensed & insured - make sure the vacation home you are renting has a license to be a rental and that it is zoned commerical, or the county may shut that vacation owner down at the last minute. Our success is from repeat business. Don't trust your vacation to a rookie.

Nightly Rates .. FROM $109/night for off-peak to $369/night for peak.
Feburary & March are Peak Ski Months. Our roads are always cleared!
June, July, & August are Peak Summer Months.
July is our busiest month of the year - reserve as early as possible
Christmas Week & Spring Break Week are most expensive weeks
Rates Increase During Holidays & Special Weekends - book early as we get full fast
