Your condo was just as described to me. Clean, well stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated, fantastic view. I loved staying on the 20th floor! Will recommend to my friends and would love to stay there again! The Pelican Beach Resort is in a great location and I really liked how they did the security during Spring Break. Great Experience!

The condo at Pelican Beach was wonderful. Very clean! Best View of the Ocean and the night lights of Destin. The description and the photo's of the condo's provided the exact view and display of the condo. Can't wait to make our next reservation at this property.

My wife and I celebrated our first wedding anniv with a week in November. We also had gone there on our honeymoom in 2010. We enjoyed the whole area and activities. Both times the condo was in great shape and had everything we needed to enjoy our time! The beach right below and it is on the top floor with great sights over the water. Beach was super clean and we used the two pools and hot tub every day. Best place we have been to !! We plan to go back next year and recommend to anyone that is looking for a peace-filled time right on the beach..you can't get any closer.

My girlfriends and I just returned from a 4 day stay in this beautiful hotel. Every step of the process from inquiry, to payment, to arrival - Cheryl was wonderful! The condo is great, nicely decorated and well stocked. I'd have to say though, my favorite thing of all was the view. It is truly stunning to be able to see all the beautiful colors in the gulf, and then also at night all the twinkling lights of Destin. Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely stay here again!

I was so glad to have found VRBO but very thankful for finding this property owner. Cheryl was very quick to respond to both my e-mails and calls and was super easy to work with. That to me was a big plus. The condo is well equipped in the kitchen and the decor choices were lovely. The condo and property were clean and so easily accessible to grocery and restaurants. In our family of 6, one was Grandma. This condo meet all of her special needs for a walk-in shower, a Beach view and other Handicap features that this property includes such as elevator, exercise bike with handicap bathroom in the work-out room, ramp access by the pool and benches to use by the sun deck toward the beach. This helped make her feel connected to us during our vacation. We LOVED watching the sunrise from the condo balcony. It was a better view than would have been on the beach since we had no obstructing buildings. The sunset can be seen right from outside the front door and is beautiful over Destin Harbor Bridge. I will happily recommend this property to my friends!

Excellent property, great beach access and amenities and is located in great central Destin location with easy access to all local attractions. Very clean well provisioned property. Had a great family vacation and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly wished we could have stayed longer. Property owner was extremely helpful in getting everything set up for us. Highly recommend!

Very nice property. The main negative I experienced was lack of internet access in the condo. I had to go to the main lobby in order to use my computer. Good a/c, very good selection of kitchen utensils and dishes

Lovely View and Condo

There were no cons to this rental, only pros. The owner was helpful with a minor glitch that happened on the first day. The photos were accurate but in no way show the beauty of the view from the condo's living room. I love clean and this place suited me perfectly.I also liked a well stocked kitchen and this condo has everything you could need or want. If you want beach chairs close to the ocean, it would be a good idea to call ahead. We drove to Seaside for lunch one day and also visited Grayton Beach. Both were worth seeing. We loved the food at McGuire's and Sarah K's Gourmet take out. We may look at a month rental at this place in the winter. It's perfect!

Easter weekend 4/23/2011 thru 4/25/2011

The condo was very clean and tidy and equipped with everything we needed. The pools were lovely and the girls (age 14) had a wonderful time at both beach and pool. We were surprised however to find that the condo which had great views of the beach, was not totally facing the beach front and we could only see an east side view of the beach and gulf. We were able to see the Waterpark from the balcony but it was not yet open for the season. All in all we had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed the town of Destin.

Spring Break 2011

The condo was everything I expected and more. The condo is on the top floor and gives you amazing views of the beach and the city. The condo is very clean and has everything that you could need, the complex is very well maintained and the beach is spectacular! It was very easy working with the owners. We came down for spring break with two 16 year olds and it was nice to see security on the property (we knew they couldn't get into too much trouble). The seafood is wonderful and we found a super Italian restaurant (Fat Clemenzas). We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time in a beautiful condo. It was everything they described. The condo is very spacious and clean. What a spectacular view sitting on the balcony. You overlook Destin and the beach. It was so relaxing, I hated to leave! We will be back in the fall and will rent this condo again. It has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We just loved it! Thanks again for sharing your condo with us. We would recommend it to anyone who wants to be around great restaurants that you can walk to or just relax and eat in the condo. This condo and the complete complex was a perfect place for our honeymoon week! Inside was spacious, clean and had everything that we needed for the week. The top floor really gave us a beautiful view, whether at early morn or at night. The Management staff was cordial and cooperative with all our needs. Even though it was the "off" season, we were able to enjoy the water, beach, hot tub and etc every day. All the information given to us before and during our stay made for a very relaxing enjoyable week for both of us. It will accomadate a small or large family group with no problem. When we left, we both agreed this is a place we intend to return to again!! Thank's for the opportunity!!

The room was very nice and clean with everything you possibly need while away from home. The view was beautiful. The Pelican Beach Resort is very accommodating with everything for kids and adults. The tiki bar is a definite plus. Located right across from Big Kahunas Water Park which we could watch from our balcony. We will be going back again and Unit 2013 was perfect!

We stayed at your condo in July and loved it. Everything was exactly as portrayed on the website. Condo was clean and well kept. Keyless entry, free use of luggage cart, washer/dryer, stocked kitchen were all a plus. Gorgeous view. Perfect location...close to stores and restaurants, across street from Big Kahuna waterpark, close to The Track. Beach was beautiful and perfect for the whole family. Our kids really enjoyed the pools. The indoor pool was great when we wanted to get out of the sun. Owners were easy to work with and answered all our questions quickly. I have already recommended your condo to many of my friends and will continue to do so. We will be back next year!
