Welcome to our "Lake House" on Lake Coeur d'Alene. Come relax and enjoy one of Idaho's most beautiful areas. We have a great southern exposure so you are sure to have plenty of sunshine during the day; or you can enjoy the magnificent view from the deck that has an awning for those who prefer to be in the shade.
We know you will enjoy the comfort of this two level, 3 bedroom home. For sleeping accommodations we have one king, one queen, one double bed and two pull out couches. Our maximum limit is 10 guests.
The main floor has an air conditioner that cools off the kitchen and living room comfortably on our hot days. There are two TV's with limited channels but who wants to be watching TV when you can be enjoying the fresh air and sunshine during the day or at night playing cards or board games?
Enjoy the luxury of having your own dock/pier, that has an electric boat lift, for swimming and playing at the lake. We have a nice man- made sandy beach front area for the kids to play or for you to sun bathe. Water shoes are recommended as it is a rocky bottom. You can enjoy the summer evenings roasting marshmallows down on the beach in the fire pit or watching the sunset from one of two decks.
There is space for 5 cars on this property and one boat trailer. No motor homes, no campers or tents please. There is a campground 2 miles down the road at the Carlin Bay Resort with a public launch. It is now necessary to obtain an Invasive Species Sticker and to pay for launching your boat. Please contact me for more information.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
May 15 - Sep 15 ... $2250.00/week. Plus 8% tax = $2430.00
May and late Sept is available for daily rates. Please inquire.
Payment by personal check 30 days in advance to your reservation or cash.
Security/cleaning deposit $1000.00 prior to arrival by personal check.
The Cleaning Fee of $160.00 will be deducted from your deposit above.
Sat - Sat rental only June - Sept 15.
$400.00 + 8% tax daily rate when available in May or late Sept.

This vacation home was exactly what we were expecting! It was clean, had great water access and was very comfortable. We had 4 adults and 2 children and the size of the home was perfect. We had a boat and the lift at the dock worked great. The beach access has a rock barrier so I didn't have to worry about my 14 month old getting to the water while playing on the beach. We are definitely coming back!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
