Canadian owned new air conditioned condo on the finest part of the Beach in Guayabitos. The two bedrooms features king size beds with large mirrored closets. Flat screen TV's. Each bathroom is fully tiled and feature full size glass showers.
In the living area the lovely wicker and rattan furniture accent the beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, full gas stove with oven, microwave and full size fridge are accented by the black granite counter tops. Through sliding patio doors from the living/kitchen is a fabulous terazza overlooking the ocean.
The top floor apartment is served by an elevator. On the lower floor is an infinity edge pool surrounded by garden area,BBQ's and stylish pool furniture. With only 15 suites in the whole complex you certainly get a feeling of luxury, elegance and privacy.. This is truly a DREAM VACATION SPOT.
Guayabitos is a wonderful beach town with all the amenities within walking distance from the condo (groceries, liquor stores, ice cream parlours, internet cafes, coffee shops and excellent moderately priced restaurants. It has often been referred to as the quiet side of paradise, The beach is long and very friendly with lots of places to stop for an afternoon cerveza. Vendors sell fresh fish and prawns in the morning so you can shop for your dinner early then laze on the beach or around the pool to fill in the rest of the day.

Hi we are Robi and Dan from Kelowna B.C. and La Penita/Guayabitos. We Love the area Here we are in our garden in Canada with Maggie our Schnauzer/. Maggie loves Mexico especially running on the beach. We have a few wonderful properties and hope you can come and visit us.
Why the Owner Chose Rincon de Guayabitos
We have been visting here for ove 10 years. In 2004 we bought the condo preconstruction. In April of 2005 we actually took possesion and the rest is history. It is such a great place to visit.

We discovered Rincon de Guayabitos five years ago after staying in PVR for 15 years prior. We love the small village town and the great ambience it offers. Many shops and restaurants to choose from in town, as well as near by little towns. Robi and Dan are very gracious hosts. Their condo is very nice and has a great view of the ocean, which is just a few steps away. The beds are very comfortable, which makes a big difference for us in choosing a place to stay. It is clean and the building itself is very well maintained (only 5 floors with 3 units per floor) - never noisy. We really ejoy our stays.

We had the most glorious month of November, 2009, at this condo. It is everything that the description mentions, plus more. We especially loved the locals. They were so friendly, kind and family oriented. It was a delight to be part of their environment. Besides the owners of this condo, who were very helpful and nice, we met several other owners who made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed every minute of our 4 week holiday, and would love to return.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment in pristine condition, with all possible amenities, in a small, private and quiet condo. We enjoyed the swimming pool all for ourselves (we went there during the July "low" season). The beach is clean, though a bit "loud" at times with the many vendors trying to sell you their products, fruits and food - hey, this is the "Mexican way" of enjoying the beach! The sea is very tranquil, very good for small children. But there are fun things to do for adults: "banana" rides, snorkeling, kayak rental... Colorful town, very "Mexican" - In fact we saw very few "gringo" tourists in July. We'll probably return for a longer stay next time. Thanks, Robi!
