Monte Duquesa is situated within the tranquil environ of La Duquesa Golf and Country Club. This 18 hole championship golf course was designed by Robert Trent Jones. He also designed Valderrama (host of the Ryder Cup and World Championship) and Sottogrande which are only ten minutes from the apartment. Duquesa offers every type of terrain from Blue flag beach to rugged mountains with hidden White Villages such as Manilva - 5 minutes or Casares - only 15 minutes away. Situated just 400 metres from the award winning village and marina area of Puerto de La Duquesa. Here you will find all amenities, bank shops, pubs, lots of restaurants, Spanish, English, Italian, Chinese, Indian etc. Then you have the beach on either side of the marina with a promenade on the Sabinillas side leading you to more restaurants and shops. The apartment is very bright and spacious (125 square metres) with Italian marble floors throughout. It is newly furnished to a high standard with an extra large lounge and separate dining area beside a large fully fitted kitchen. There are two communal pools (adults & children's) with adjoining pergola, changing room, toilets and BBQ area.
