Beach Walk South. Be one of the first to stay in this all new unit. Enjoy easy access to the beach (just 15 steps down our private driveway), and great Gulf views from the deck and windows.
Amenities include a fully stocked Kitchen. Master Bedroom has a Queen bed. Second Bedroom has a bunk bed with a Full on the bottom and a Twin on top. Living room has a sofa and an extra twin mattress, plenty of comfortable seats, and a cable TV with VCR/DVD. WiFi too.
This house is located in the Beach Walk Community along with another Gulf Front Home Beach Walk East and West. It is on the same property and shares the same driveway and easy access to the beach.
This house is in an area of just vacation homes. No high rises, no crowds, no hassles, no worries. Just relax and enjoy the new beautifully decorated accommodations, the beautiful sunsets and sunrises, the emerald clean Gulf waters, and the sugar white sand.
We have priced this vacation home below average rental rates for the area. You will be very happy with this very clean beach house and the very reasonable price. Please help us spread the word about our new rental beach house and how great of a deal it is. Sorry no pets and no smoking inside.

we had a beautiful week at beach walk south!! love it. there were stingrays swimming up and down the coast and dolphins playing all week. very beautiful!! love the area and ready to go back. the house was clean, up to date and the bed was very comfortable. thanks for sharing your home.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

Property very clean. Kitchen Very clean with all appliances in excellent working condition. Excellent communication with owner!!! Sits behind larger house, but still has good view of ocean and is only approx. 150 yards to ocean. Beautiful white beach. Recommend!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
