Just bring your toothbrush and clothes to our newly decorated and furnished villa. It features new ceramic tile in kitchen and dining with new, light sand color carpet in living room and bedroom. Tastefully decorated in Southwest style with his-and-her recliners and a sofa loveseat.

Sparkling clean bathroom has full-size tub with shower. A 24" flat screen TV with DVD and expanded cable are provided. Master bedroom has a new, king-size bed and has a 20" flat screen TV with DVD and VCR. East-facing patio has great view of park area and Santa Rita Mountains. Private, walled patio boasts partial Southwest arched cover, inside garden border, new furniture, and gas grill.

Private, assigned, parking space in front. Private, heated pool is just steps away. Great place to walk with grassy parks, good sidewalks, and no hills to climb. All utilities paid including expanded cable TV and high speed internet service.

Age-restricted community requires one tenant to be 55 or older and assures quiet surroundings. Free bus service to many locations. Centrally located to shopping and services.

There are seven golf courses within 15-minute drive, including two championship courses. For nominal fee, Green Valley Recreation membership is included for use of 12 facilities featuring clubs, crafts, dancing, concerts, tours, swimming pools, tennis, billiards, fully-equipped exercise rooms, and much more. Only 20 minutes to exciting city of Tucson, 15 minutes to famed artist community of Tubac, and only 30 minutes to colorful Mexico.

  • This was such a charming villa. It was cozy, comfortable and came complete with everything you could possibly need. It was close to shopping and of course you had a pool within a very short distance. The laundry facilities were great and you had cable and internet access. You couldn't possibly ask for anything better to help you enjoy your stay in Green Valley.

    Hi from Ray and Sandra Hoffman: We enjoyed our stay at your Villa in Green Valley much. We found it comfortable, the right size for two people, and wonderfully quiet. The location is within a short walk from the Green Valley Mall, recreation center, swimming pool, and washer/dryer building. The neighbors are very sociable and the many species of birds are fascinating to watch.
