Located on beautiful Shore Drive, our condo is updated with beach colors and beach decor and is well maintained. It is located on the second floor and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We are in an oceanfront building with an ocean view on the quiet side of the building. A short walk down the hallway and down the steps and you are at the beach or the pool! Three doors from our condo is a coin operated laundry room with three washers and three dryers; the same is also on the first floor. Sorry, we do not have an elevator in our building.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed; large walk-in closet; a large dresser with plenty of drawer space; two night stands; a color cable TV; clock-radio; telephone; iron and ironing board; air conditioner; ceiling fan and bathroom with a shower stall.
The guest bedroom has two single beds; large walk-in closet; dresser; a light night stand; color TV/DVD/VCR with front jacks for gaming devices; clock-radio; ceiling fan and floor fan which draws air conditioning from living room.
The living room has a full size sleeper sofa; love seat; chair; end tables with two lamps; color cable TV with front jacks for gaming devices; VCR and DVD players; stereo with CD player and two speakers; telephone; and air conditioner. The main bathroom has a full size tub.
The kitchen is equipped with the following: a farm table, seating for six; a refrigerator/with ice maker; full size electric stove/oven range; full size dishwasher; coffee maker; electric can opener; toaster; blender; garbage disposal; hand mixer; plenty of dishes; glasses; coffee mugs; utensils; pots and pans. Our walk-in utility closet houses all pots and pans; vacuum cleaner; mop; broom; dustpan; some cleaning supplies; beach umbrella; and two beach chairs.
Our balcony has a rail height table with four chairs. There are plenty of hooks on the walls for hanging wet items and a clothes line that runs along the one wall.
Wi-Fi Internet access is available and a phone is in the condo for free unlimited local calls.
We do not provide linens and towels; however, you have the option of bringing your own or renting them through our cleaning company. The condo is equipped with blankets and pillows for each bed.
Other Amenities on the property include: oceanfront in-ground pool, 3ft to 5ft, with sundeck and lounge chairs; oceanfront picnic and barbecue area on north and south sides; beach shower and pool shower

Beautiful, efficient condo close to everything you can imagine for the perfect vacation. This condo was clean, well- decorated and provided everything you needed to make you feel at home. We loved the closeness of the beach, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay and plan on booking it again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We very much enjoyed our stay at 2B APATB1. The unit was clean, neat, bright, air conditioning worked very good as we needed it due to being almost 100 degrees that week. The description and pictures of the unit were correct, no deception, which unfortunately other relatives that stayed in another unit not of Linda's experienced. This was our first time in this area and we liked how quiet and family oriented it is and close to fun restaurants and Broadway at the Beach. Thanks Linda for being an honest, friendly person who cares about her renters, we felt very comfortable speaking with you and staying there for the week. We would definately recommend this unit and this building which has a nice pool, on the beach, and the whole place has a friendly feeling, it is not a stuffy highrise type. We will be contacting you next year for another fun stay. Take Care Linda and Tom. It was the 6 times we have rented this condo and every year the property is very clean and well maintained. This year we found that the kitchen floor as been changed and it is very nice and the 2 bathroom have been re-painted. The owner is very helpful in any case. It is very close to the beach and I would recommend this condo without any hesitation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We decided on a last minute trip to Myrtle Beach, and found this condo had a last minute cancellation. What a Godsend! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Linda, and her daughter and granddaugher as they drove hours to meet us there with the key. They are genuinely kind and caring, and it shows in the well-cared- for unit. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. The location was great, not too busy, not too crowded, and off the main road. Just the right mix... Ocean Annie's next door was enjoyable for both the teens, and us adults to visit, and evenings at the beach were fun as well. The building,grounds, and pool were kept nicely too. We couldn't have asked for more on such short notice. Highly recommended!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was families first vacation to mrytle beach. We loved the rental everything was perfect.It shows that the owners really care about thier guests and property.Another guest who had been renting 2F for the last 15 years said she had seen alot of the other units and 2B was by far the best looking unit. we loved our stay and plan to come back again.Did you find this review helpful?
