Great Location. Bathroom essentials lacking.

House was in a great location. Nice neighborhood and clean. Management was very responsive.and check in was easy. We would have given it 5 stars, but bathroom supplies were lacking in quality. Toilet paper was so thin (the National parks even had better toilet paper) and they only gave us a hotel size container of shampoo to last a week that was very poor quality, it didn't even suds up. We ended up purchasing our own shampoo since what they supplied ran out in just one day. Paper towel was as cheap as you can buy. Our suggestion to the management- provide descent paper towels, toilet paper and shampoo, even if you need to increase the price by a few dollars.

Great stay

The property was everything we had hoped for. Clean, comfortable, well stocked. Everything was smooth. The backyard was very pleasant. Will definitely want to stay again if returning to Fruita.

Great for a family

Comfortable and beautiful home with plenty of room in the garage and a fenced yard for the kids and dogs to play. We had a great time!

Why they chose this property

We like the location because of the quiet neighborhood and great private backyard. The kitchen is huge and wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. We love to use the the bike path that runs right next to the home. The interior of the home is a single story and has an open feel. The Master Bedroom/Bathroom is enormous. The kitchen flows to the living, dining and patio areas nicely. The outdoor patio faces north and great for sitting and relaxing on hot afternoons.
