In an effort to fill our calender bookings for this summer we are offering a new lower rate for the remaining weeks in July and August. I don't think you will find a lower weekly rate for a 2 BR ocean front unit with a pool in all of Carolina Beach. The cleaning fee is not included in the $750. Cleaning fee is $50. Our complex is right on the beach, second floor unit, great veiws. Very close to the fishing pier and marina. We are 15 minutes from Wilmington.
Beautiful, oceanfront, updated Condominium with private pool... Located on the North end of the island in the PLACE AT THE BEACH. New for 2008 is high speed internet access and cable tv in second bedroom.
Second level with good oceanveiws - Balcony with ocean veiw providing great sunrises. North end of the island, close to fishing pier, boardwalk, charter boat marina, retail shops etc. Quiet area, family-oriented.
