Our homes are an easy walk to the quaint village of Ajijic which is 450 years old and still has the original cobblestone streets where you will find wonderful restaurants, arts and crafts and an easy walk to Lake Chapala. The houses are on one lot, gated for your safety and individually owned and can be rented separately or together allowing for the lodging of up to eight individuals. There is secure parking inside the front gate for two cars. La Florista, where the houses are located, has a Home Owners Association, which provides a security patrol.
Ajijic's climate is claimed to be the second best in the world with the night-time temperatures in the low 60's and the daily temperatures in the low 80's. Recommended by AARP as the place to retire.

Minimum rental period is one month. Rent is $875.00 per month per
house. A non-refundable deposit of $850.00 is required to hold either
home. The deposit will be returned after the rental period less any
charges. This may take up to 2 months.
The rental period must begin on the first of any month.
