The condo has on-site management, deluxe indoor swimming pool, exercise room, party room, tennis courts and underground garage with two assigned parking spots; the Lake's community beach is across the street. A two-block stroll puts you in quaint downtown Coeur d'Alene with many shops and fine restaurants. Coeur d'Alene presently hosts the Ironman competition annually the last weekend of June. The race begins at your front door! Also, in July and during the winter holidays, the CDA Resort across the street hosts a wonderful display of fireworks and holiday lights which can be enjoyed from your balcony. About 60 miles north is Sandpoint, Idaho, where Lake Pend Orielle offers great sailing and, in the winter, skiing at Schweitzer Basin. Also for skiing enthusiasts, Silver Mountain and Montana ski resorts are a short drive east of Coeur d'Alene. The Canadian border is a breathtakingly beautiful 100-mile drive north.
