  My wife wanted to stay right on the water and this was perfect! The sunrises right at our fingertips with a cup of coffee were some of our favorite memories of Hawaii. The place had everything we needed in the apt.and then some..... The garage was full of every beach item imaginable and we also got to use them after we checked out and vacationed all day as our flight was not until the evening. We loved the location as we were out of the city but close to any direction we wanted to go sight seeing. The laptop and internet use was a thoughtful and useful feature. The property was not fancy but clean and perfect for us, with all we needed. The neighborhood is very nice and the pictures do show the apt accurately. I would highly recommend it for an affordable place right on the water and would stay again if we go back to the same island.

  We stayed in the mountainside apt for 3 nights and loved it. Not having the ocean view unit didn't feel like a sacrifice at all, because our bedroom faced the ocean (a nice touch) and the beach side, with its gorgeous views of sunrise (and comfy lounge chairs), was just steps away. And even though you can't go in the water because of the rocky shore, you can walk along the beach to get a lovely view of Kailua Beach. The unit was beautiful, comfortable, spotless and had every possible convenience. We really appreciated all the info provided, as well as the bikes, snorkel equipment, beach chairs and boogie boards. Thanks so much. We'd love to return.

  Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at this property - the owners were terrific and the house is equipped with all the beach amenities you could want! There were bicycles for the entire family (4) to ride to the nearby public beaches. We enjoyed the daily sunsets from the front lawn with unobstructed views of the bay from the comfy beach recliners. The listing is accurate as presented and the house is located in a fabulous neighborhood.

  My family of four adults stayed in the oceanview rental this past October for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The homeowner's website is absolutely truthful, and accurate (they give every detail you could think of, and then some!). In addition, they offered use of laundry facilities, beach and snorkel gear, and use of a cell phone, computer, and their Netflix account. I felt like I was staying at the home of a more-than-generous family member! I wish I had more down-time to enjoy everything they offered. We were in the area to visit family in nearby Kailua, and I was told by my Uncle, a Kailua native, that price for this area and oceanfront location was "a great deal for the area." Our favorite activity was catching the sunrise every morning-what a breathtaking sight over the pacific ocean! We really enjoyed picking up some fresh tropical fruit and pastries for breakfast, making a pot of coffee and enjoying the view. Even though it is not listed as oceanview, one bedroom does have a great view of the ocean-what a treat! Great location, great amenities, great price-I'd stay again.

  Aloha, Thank you for a wonderful place to vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Ocean Front Hideaway. It was relaxing and just what we wanted. We will highly recommend your vacation rental to others who are seeking a quiet and restful vacation, yet a place close to lots of activities if that is what they are looking for. Thanks again.

  We love this place! It is awesome to have so many commodities (ie TV/DVD/Ipod Charging Alarm Clocks, Kitchen Supplies) It is so nice & was an amazing place for us to say.

  We've got a very positive comment from our client, who stayed at your house for 4 nights. Their satisfaction research says your house was ranked as 4 (4 is the best, 1 is the worst) and they mentioned that your house was well cleaned.   Beautiful area - loved hearing the waves at night!! Great swimming beach very close by. With so much traffic at other areas of the island, Kailua was a nice "escape".
