The setting is a nature lovers paradise. This very special antique log cabin is tucked away in a quiet mountain community. Located in the most scenic area of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Pisgah National Forest trailheads can be found at the base of Table Rock which is on the continuation of the same road as the cabin. Hiking the Pisgah Forest and Linville Gorge is literally out our back door! Grandfather Mountain is just a short drive as well as Banner Elk, Sugar Mountain and Blowing Rock.
This luxury cabin has been renovated to provide upscale comforts of today. There is a beautiful screened porch and a glassed in dining area with 50 mile views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The cabin has a bedroom with a log queen bed and full bathroom. The sleeping loft upstairs has an antique queen iron bed. All together this cabin sleeps four adults. This cabin is inappropriate for babies, toddlers and younger children.
This is a COMPLETELY NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (both inside and out) and although we love pets, there are NO PETS ALLOWED.

Why the Owner Chose Linville
We purchased this cabin for its dramatic Blue Ridge views, charming antique architecture, and natural environment. There are old fashion swimming holes in the area, terrific hiking trails and we back up to the Pisgah National Forest!
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
There are National Forest hiking trails up the road from our cabin and an incredible view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We are close to waterfalls, Linville Gorge, Linville Caverns, Grandfather Mountain and Sugar Mountain. We are less than two miles from Jonas Ridge Snow tubing.

What a wonderful cabin! When we saw the pictures, we were a bit skeptical but decided to go anyway. The Table Rock Cabin lived up to all our expectations and more. The cabin was clean, kitchen well stocked and the dining room and porch views were amazing. While we didn't get to use the outdoor fire pit, we could imagine sitting around with friends on a cool summer night. Ashville was relatively close as was the quaint town of Blowing Rock and Boone. We enjoyed shopping in these quaint ships and had wonderful selections of places to eat. We even stumbled on to a small town parade with the Mayors of the two cities. On a final note, we had an incredible bonus to witness the last colors of fall. What luck. We were very pleased and intend to recommend this cabin to our friends.

My daughters and I had a girls retreat at Table Rock Cabin. Not only was the view incredible, but the cabin was beautiful as well. We have stayed at several cabins in the area and enjoyed all of them, but Table Rock Cabin was definitely a unique experience. The owners were a pleasure to talk with and they were more than accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything needed to be comfortable. I would recommend this cabin to anyone.

I stayed at Tablerock with my two teenage daughters. We found it was the perfect setting for a mix of fun and relaxation. We all loved the view from the back of the house! Daytime we went climbing and fishing, and nights we played poker and watched DishTV, which we dont have at home, or played video games. The only problem was not enough light for night-time reading, which we all would have done if the cabin didnt have so much distraction for us.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.
