This beautiful 3600 square foot contemporary ranch is situated on a treed acre lot with skylights throughout. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. There is a private heated pool and hot tub. It sits next to the Shipyard lagoons and has a private deck to relax and see the turtles. It's an easy walk or bike to the beach. There is a regulation size pool table in the game room. Shipyard Golf Course is right down the street.
All bedrooms have TV's with a Big HD TV in the living room and master bedroom. You can play the stereo on the deck and by the pool. There is a beach locker for your use during your stay.
There is a large kitchen which includes seating at a table and a bar area. There is a large picnic table outside.
