This beautiful 4600 square foot contemporary ranch is situated on a treed acre lot with skylights throughout. The great room has a panoramic view out of the windows.. You have to see it to believe how beautiful the view is from inside and out. It has 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. There is a private pool and hot tub. It sits next to the Sea Pines lagoons and next to Heron Point golf course. It's an easy walk or bike to the beach. There is a regulation size pool table in the great room. The Sea Pines Beach Club is right down the street.
An HD TV in the living room and master bedroom. All other bedrooms have TV's also. You can play the stereo on the deck and by the pool. There is a large kitchen and has seating at a table and a bar area. There is a large picnic table outside.
