Due to a cancellation, we now have a rare late summer vacancy! This middle unit is now available September 2-3-4. The rate would be $450/nt + tax & cleaning. Otherwise this unit is booked solid from now thru Sept 15. However, remember that late fall in Catalina is also very beautiful, usually with gorgeous weather. You can throw a stone into the water from our spacious 65 FOOT WIDE wrap around deck with SPECTACULAR, sweeping views across the harbor, the town, the beach and the ocean. This is the ideal place for dining, drinks, entertaining, sunbathing, playing cards or simply watching the world go by. You'll never want to leave! We are superbly located just steps away from the beaches, shopping, restaurants, bars and all the recreational activities like swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, parasailing, volleyball and the many great sightseeing tours which are available. We are also a very short, level walk from the boat dock. Our property is older and a couple of the rooms are small as noted below, however in our opinion and the opinions of numerous repeat guests, our superior location and wonderful, relaxing and spectacular view decks is what attracts guests to us year after year. Many of our regulars have been coming for more than 15 straight years. This unit is located on the middle floor of a 3 story property. On the ground floor are 2 clothing shops, a jet ski rental, an ocean rafting company and a psychic. The top floor contains our separate 1 bedroom vacation rental. Our Middle Floor Unit (14 steps up - No elevator) can sleep up to 10 with children. It consists of: - Queen bedroom with private 3/4 bath - Double bedroom with private 3/4 bath - Narrow room with two twin beds - VERY small sleeping room with Double bed - 3rd Full Bathroom off living room - Extra Bedding: There is a Queen Sofa Bed in the Living Room - 2 TV's, Stereo, DVD/CD/VCR Player - Gas BBQ - Lovely NEW Kitchen just completed in April 2008! WHY STAY ANYWHERE ELSE? Our property offers you the BEST location; the BEST beachfront viewing decks in town; and the BEST vacation rental value for your money. We get repeat guests year after year; you'll see why! This property is best suited for 2 families; 1 large extended family or 3-4 couples. NOTE: Our Top (3rd) floor rental unit is a 1 bedroom 1 bath that sleeps 4 and has decks with great 270 degree views. See vrbo #66587 . These units can be rented together or separately. For large family vacations, the entire property can accommodate up to 14 people. There is no air conditioning, although it is usually not needed. Sorry, but this is our family vacation home and it is not our policy to rent out to groups such as bachelor/bachlorette parties; fraternity/sorority parties, 21st birthdays, etc. Minimum age limits apply.
