The house is located in Warriors Mark, an exclusive, friendly neighborhood right next to the Peak National Forest. It is just a short distance to put on your skis and ski to the Beaver Run Chair Lift on Peak 9.

You will ski out on Peak 9 and can come back on either Peak 9 or 10 based on your ski level. Green skiers can do Peak 9.
Enjoy your Rocky Mountain vacation in this beautiful home that can comfortably sleep 17. There are plenty of warmly decorated rooms to accommodate your group during day and night. The gorgeous great room with a large rock gas fireplace, and access to the hot tub, can easily seat 10/12. There is also a separate living room for additional adults or kids. This warm, open design with over 20-foot ceilings makes it perfect for large families.
The gourmet kitchen with hardwood floors and granite counter tops is fully stocked to meet all of your cooking needs. The large table in the adjoining dining room seats 10 and is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate after your day of skiing or hiking. There is additional seating (up to 4) at the granite kitchen bar/counter top. That's a favorite place to enjoy your apres' ski glass of wine while cooking a family meal together.
The main level, master suite features a king bed, large windows, access to the hot tub, and a luxurious master bathroom with Jacuzzi jetted tub and separate shower. There is an additional bedroom with a queen bed on the main level.
The lower level has 3 additional warmly decorated bedrooms along with a game room for both kids and adults to enjoy.
A day of activity in the mountains is never complete without a dip in a hot tub. Enjoy our large, new hot tub surrounded by Lodge Pole pine trees on one of the two outside decks.

They feel blessed to have such a beautiful vacation home in Breckenridge, CO, that they enjoy on a regular basis with their 5 children and 7 grandchildren. They live in Colorado Springs where Keyes and Carole run a highly successful Orthodontist practice. We highly recommend this beautiful home! We had 8 adults and 8 children age 11-4 and we all had a blast! The home never felt crowded, even with all those people. The kitchen is amazing and we had most meals in the home. The home is close to town, yet far enough away to provide peace and quiet. There are wonderful views of Mt Baldy and a family of fox that lives in the area. The kids enjoyed playing ping pong and basketball while the adults enjoyed sitting on the deck taking in the view. We would love to stay here again.

Our stay at Breck Splendor was exceptional. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and spacious. We had a large family gathering there and it was more than adequate for our group. The game room was enjoyed by both old and young alike as was the private hot tub. The gourmet kitchen proved to be the gathering place for all and was equipped with every appliance and utensil imaginable. The deck provided relaxation outdoors with spectacular mountain views. We could go on and on but you have to experience this property to truly appreciate it's splendor. The property manager and owner were highly accommodating and met our every need. We give it our highest recommendation. The property was also in close proximity to the town of Breckenridge as well as hiking and skiing opportunities.

This home was fantastic for our family vacation. The views are outstanding, and there are wonderful snowshoeing trails just a short walk away! The game room was so fun and many great family memories were made there. We would highly recommend this home for a fabulous family vacation!

My family and I stayed at this house in Jan 2010. The view is absolutely breaktaking. It was an easy walk for ski in and ski out. The pictures does not do this place justice. Everything is first class about this rental, from the furnture to the fixture in the house. This is nicer then any home we have owned. The house is easy to get to and a short drive from downtown Breckenridge. You could easily walk to town in the summer. The property is emaculate and well maintained. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a winter retreat.

The Townsend family really has a winner for a beautiful home. It has it all. Game Room, multi media room, 30 foot ceilings, granite, hickory floors and luxury furnishings. The home was impecable and truly as nice as advertised. We could not believe how beautiful the views of Mount Baldy with the Sun shining off the snow covered top early in the morning. Great with a hot cup of coffee and the warm fireplace next to your feet. We had an extended family in this 5000 square foot home. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your family.
