This is a private Townhome/Condo. There are no elevators or a lobby. Enjoy the ground level parking right at your front door. This is a good place for families, single, or couples. There are baby pools at each pool.
In the master bedroom there is an attached bath and a queen bed. In the second bedroom there is a queen bed. In the third bedroom there are two twin beds. The sofa pulls out into a queen bed. There is a pack and play crib for use of guests that need it. We also have a booster chair for eating at the table.
For you fishermen, there is a five acre freshwater lake. For the non-fishermen, you can also enjoy the beauty of the lake or feeding the ducks and turtles.
Enjoy the 300 feet of beautiful, white sandy beach front private to Southbay Visitors. Beach chairs and umbrellas available on beach for rent. The beach is open until Midnight so you can enjoy the sunsets, as well as, the fun of the beach during the day!
Close to Fort Waton and Panama City Beaches. There is a water park and kiddie amusement park very near by, that also has an arcade. If you love to shop, there are shops everywhere. We are 3 miles from Destin Commons and about 4 miles from the outlets.
The kitchen is fully loaded and ready to use. There is also a washer and dryer.
Condo has been recently updated with new appliances, new carpet, new paint, new sofas, new dining room table and new beds.
